I’ve been using this bench for home workouts and so far I’m really happy with it. It feels sturdy and stable when doing dumbbell presses, incline exercises, and core workouts. I like that it can be adjusted to different positions, so I can do more exercises without needing a lot of equipment. The padding is comfortable, and it doesn’t take up too much space when not in use. Assembly was pretty straightforward as well. Overall, it’s a solid bench for a home gym and feels like a good value for the price.

Great workout bench. Item arrived as described and was easy to assemble. For the money, this workout bench is an excellent purchase. My son and I are able to get full workout with this bench.
