Machine is not productive

I spent more time clearing jams on this machine than I did embroidering. It also cost me a lot of money in materials because every time it would jam it would rip a hole in the material I was using. It did not matter what stabilizer or tension I tried I had the same results.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
