I don’t even have long nails that could be causing this. Otherwise, product is fine but this is very disappointing

To swap a PopGrip, simply close the grip flat, press down on the top, and twist it 90 degrees to remove the PopTop, then line up and attach a new PopTop by pushing down and twisting 90 degrees again; our PopGrips have swappable tops, allowing you to change the style or design whenever you want. If the above does not improve the issue, then please return it to BestBuy or contact us at [email protected]. We'll be happy to assist.

I was previoualy using the first model of these guys, which included a lot more plastic. This one feels more sleek and keeps the same simplicity and convenience as the older version. This is percect for anyone who wants a phone grip without sacrificing the ability to mount or witeless charge. Its not bulky and slides easily into your purse or pocket.

The magnet is very strong so no worries about my phone possibly falling . Magnet makes it super convenient also for when you wanna switch cases don’t have to worry about your popsocket being stuck to just one phone case . Also comes with an adhesive magnet in case your phone case doesn’t have MagSafe

My previous phone case had a popsocket build in. At first I was hesitant as to whether the magnet would be strong enough to hold my phone safely. It works perfectly and am so glad I purchased the IPhone MagSafe OtterBox case along with the PopSocket. Love the clear one especially.

I have small hands and they make it easy and comfortable to carry my phone all day, everywhere I go. I never worry about them coming loose, They come in a variety of colors to match any phone cover.
