Super cute with a great message on it…. Would have loved it IF I had actually gotten it. Never got delivered and never got refunded.

  Thank you for your review, Latifah! We are sorry that your PopGrip broke so soon, and for the inconvenience this may have caused you. That should not happen with normal wear and tear and if swapped correctly. To swap a PopGrip, simply close the grip flat, press down on the top, and twist it 90 degrees to remove the PopTop, then line up and attach a new PopTop by pushing down and twisting 90 degrees again; our PopGrips have swappable tops, allowing you to change the style or design whenever you want. We hope the above instructions are helpful to avoid future issues. Please return it to Best Buy or contact us at [email protected]. We'll be happy to assist.
