The glue it has sticks to the cover of the cellphone or directly to the cellphone really hard, so for sure the phone won't fall off from your hand and even the pop socket would not stick out from the cellphone. Excellent item.

Didn't stick for long

I accidentally broke my first one, so ordered a second. Cleaned my phone case thoroughly (scraped off all leftover adhesive and whipped with an alcohol wipe then let dry). After about 3 or 4 days the adhesive on the new socket gave out.
