GOOD RADIO WITH MANY FEATURES. Maybe too many features for older person. Features work well, but blue tooth is cumberson to use, but easy to set up. Best to have few contacts set up, rather than attempt to use radio contacts with button select..

The tech that installed is excellent at his work. Recommend him to all. Having him install alarms also to my grandkids.

Zane did a great job installing the new stereo and speakers. He was thorough in his work and then patient explaining the new features. He even notice a loose tv and tightened it up.

As always, the mobile installers completed their task expertly and quickly. I was even offered to hear the results of the hardware install before it was complete in case I wanted to change products or abort the install.

I scheduled my appointment online in advance. I still needed to select and purchase my speakers, so I went to the store many hours before my appointment. The store was woefully under- staffed. I went to the car audio section where I stood in front of a wall of speakers with that "please help me look" for 10 minutes (I clocked it), until it was obvious the staff was stretched much too thin. I chased down somebody who was polite and helpful and doing her best, but clearly being pulled in 12 different directions. This wasn't on a Saturday before Christmas...this was a Wednesday morning. The store was practically empty, but there were only a handful of staff covering a full size store in the middle of a major city. She brings me to the installer, who is busy installing somebody else's stuff, and tells me he is the only person working who knows anything about speakers. He was polite, professional and responsive, but overworked and under-supported. I left my vehicle, said they could have it all day, and that he could pick any speaker he thought appropriate, and that would be fine. I left, and came back right before the installation center was supposed to close. They hadn't even started on mine, because they were so short staffed. He apologized profusely and worked as fast as he could. They stayed late, got it done, and gave me a deep discount for my trouble. Then a week later I discovered the interior passenger door handle doesn't work. I have to open my wife's door from the outside. I took my car to the dealership, and the problem was easy to fix, but cost more than the speakers and installation. I hesitated to even write this review because I'm afraid Best Buy is going to take it out on the store staff. They might be the ones who litterally made the mistake, but they're not to blame. They are victims of a company that knowingly understaffs it's stores and overworks it's employees to the point where they must rush and make mistakes just to keep their head above water. I have no beef with the polite and professional associates who did everything they could to help me....but I have a big problem with the corporate bureaucrat in Minnesota who put those hard working front-line employees in the position to fail. Terrible leadership Best Buy...and you owe me $139 for an hour of labor at the dealership, and another $30 for my Lyft fares to and from. For what it's worth, the speakers sound great.

Again, major kudos to Patrick. He was a huge help and provided me the quality of service rarely seen anymore. Hope Best Buy keeps this guy around because he is exactly how you want your company represented.

Went into this location after oem stereo went out. Guys wnt out of their way to make sure we got the best service possible. Install was done in a timely manner and he came up witha creative way to install the microphone that looked good.

These guys were great! Had it scheduled the day before Christmas but I needed to make a change. They handled it with no problem and got me in the day after Christmas. Very Happy!

I have had my 97 Honda an upgraded sound system by these fantastic techs and couldn't be happier! Service, professionalism, courtesy and overall experience was TOP NOTCH!

Called ahead for an appt. Got there the day of and they got me in right away. Wish I could remember the guy's name, sorry, but he was excellent and went above and beyond. Clean install - VERY happy with results!

The installers at the Best Buy where I shop are professionals! My car is a 2015 Edge (recent redesign) and they took the time to contact other installers for optimum amp placement. These guys are the best!!

Great follow up. I took back because of continued noise in car stereo. He found and fixed problem. It was not part of his original installation of speakers.

I just had a pair of speakers installed in my Porsche Boxster, The installation took less than 45 minutes and they sound fantastic. Also, the technician left everything perfectly clean and neat, with no stray wire pieces.

installed new speakers in my KIA Forte 2015 and gotta say I'm impressed. Not to much space for speakers but BestBuy did the job perfectly! Thank you!

The tech that installed my speakers was very nice. Was a fast install and he even discounted the price due to this. When I had an issue they fixed as soon as available. They were great.

Could not have been easier. I had a new receiver and two pairs of speakers installed in my Jeep. I was able to schedule the install at my convenience and it was ready, on time, as promised.

I had a gentlemen in my local best buy install my sony single den and 6x8 speakers and he did a great job! Really seemed to be knowledgable.

I purchased a new Kenwood stereo, and four new speakers. The install was scheduled, and completed on time. The installer was VERY friendly & answered all my questions.
