My wife's MINI has a great radio, but no satellite capability. I talked to the technician and he told me exactly what I needed to solve this. I called Sirius XM and they sent me a unit for free since I was a subscriber. Took the unit to Best Buy in Bethel Park on a Saturday Afternoon, and within an hour they had it installed exactly as I had hoped. Not a wire showed, the unit was in the perfect spot for visibility and access, and the antenna was in the perfect spot to pick up the signal. This last point was especially important since the MINI is a convertible. I would return anytime to have more work done if needed!

Tech did a great job with installation and explanation. He stayed over to do the job which kept us from having to reschedule and drive over 100 miles round trip. We appreciated his dedication and flexibility.

Geek Squad installed my Satellite Radio in the time allotted for the job. Ensured they asked me exactly where I wanted it and then did so. Technicians were friendly, competent, and informed me of the lifetime warranty. Would use them in a heartbeat for another install. Overall, great experience once I found my way to the back of the store!

My wife gave me an Onyx Plus Sirius XM satellite radio for my birthday. Had it installed into my 2005 Mercedes Benz C230 at Best Buy - the guys did a terrific job - very happy with the install. Power is achieved by direct connect to the lighter but routed behind the stock audio system and the audio is connected to the aux jack in the glove box. No wires showing anywhere. Reception and sound quality are excellent. No more commercials and the choices of what to listen to are almost endless.

Install went great. Very pleased with the Roady and it works great. Seamless install quickly.

I didn't even know Best Buy installed satellite radios and I'm glad I found out they did. I was searching local places to get my installation done and all I had to do was go to Best Buy. I recommend advertising the service a little better so people know about it. I'll always come back to Best Buy for my car audio installs from now on. Everything was completed as planned and I think it took about an hour. We shopped in the store while the install was occurring.

The agents installed my radio perfectly! I didn’t have to go back because they did something wrong! They not only installed it, but also showed me how it works! I’m confident in Geek Squads work, and I will always trust them to take care of my products!!

The Installer was very knowledgeable and very helpful. I would have more installed at this location, however when I was having the camera system installed, the Manager of the Geek Squad told me she wanted to charge me $600 + Even though their Total Tech with Geek Squad doesn't define "Standard" vs "Custom" installation. Every item is different, how is it custom? I read the contract and they had exclusions, but never mentioned installations of other items. So everyone will say it's a Custom install and want to charge you $80.00 per hour. BE VERY CAREFUL

Nice functional radio receiver. However there is one issue that I have noticed with it is the the change station buttons glitch and get stuck to infinite forward or backward. You have to turn the receiver off sometime for it to go away. The only solution I have found is switch channels by pressing the fwd/ back button separately each time, which is an issue if you are browsing from the middle towards the end and have to go through about 100 channels, clicking the next channel button one hundred times.

The install was very straightforward - getting with someone to set it up and order parts took a couple of tries. I know it's not as simple as it seems, but BB needs a slightly better procedure. All in all, though, installed everything looks good and was done well and the XM Onyx radio is a great improvement over the seven year old unit we had.

the guys at Geek Squad did an excellent job but the guy that worked on my car admitted that the job beat him up fairly bad.The job that we were told would only take 1 to 2 hours wound up taking 3 to 4 hours. That is what he admited to me that it was tougher than he had anticipated . But non the less radio is installed and working fine

I like the install guys at Mid Rivers Best Buy, but this last install, they didn`t listen to me. I bought the Sirius Radio 360L receiver that goes in a dock in the car, and I bought it to blutooth it to the car and the boat stereos. They sold me an FM antenna for I think 19 bucks, and when I picked it up it was playing over FM radio 88.9. Very aggravating, and instead of 2 wires sticking out the back I have 3. I was going to go back and say something, but, I have been able to play sirius on the boat blutooth player, and if I can`t get that going I`m going to take it out of my car, and get the module that goes in the dash, there`s no reason to have this dock on my dash.So, I`ll inform them of that if I come back for the uninstall/install

Milton and Carson did an excellent job of hooking up our microwave!! They were experts and did a great job. There was a lot of hard work and expertise needed. They were very nice guys as well.
