Great horror/ thriller movie that keeps you a the edge of your seat.

Possessor 4K is a nice edition of a modern classic sci-fi/horror film

A wild and different take on futuristic crime fighting and the toll it takes on the individuals mind that has to do the horrific job. For a smart sci-fi horror movie this ranks up with great titles from the past simular to it like Minority Report (2002) , Total Recall (1990) , Dark City (1997) , Under The Skin (2014) , The Skin I Live In (2011) , eXistenZ (1999) , The Matrix (1999) , Species (1995) Surrogates (209) , Splice (2009) , and Elizabeth Harvest (2018) and if you are a fan of those films it is a must watch.

Shocking, mind-bending, taboo. A well thought out sci-fi thriller that can easily offend. But, it downright brilliant in its concept and the way it is told. Brandon Cronenberg steps out from his father's shadow and delivers the goods. A punch to the gut that never compromises. The 4k Uncut version is debatable. Not the picture, but the content. Some prefer the theatrical cut, turned off by the violence and sex while others find it far more powerful. Either way, Possessor Uncut demands to be seen.

Awesome film, director Brandon Cronenberg has his father's genes that is for sure. Anyone buying the uncut version (only version in 4k) should be aware if rated it would be an easy NC-17 (the MPA is very squeamish of extreme gore, violence, and sexuality). The story is top notch. Brandon also casts a familiar face from his father David's "eXIstenZ" in Jennifer Jason Leigh here. A story of identity, technology, and high tech assasinations. Tremendous film.

Well I went to this movie in the theater on a whim and man was I happy that I did. After my friend and I were talking as humans do about random everything after long isolation in covid times and every once in a while one of us would just stop and say, “but that movie”. That’s a good sign in my book and I’d highly Recommend it if your into surrealism, ceriberal horror, or body horror.

Scanners was the first David Cronenberg film I had ever seen. It blew my mind, making me feel like I had traveled to a new reality. It’s encouraging to see that in Brandon Cronenberg, the apple has not fallen far from the tree.

Wow - a captivating story, haunting visuals, and graphic brutal violence in all its uncensored glory - this is what makes for an amazing viewing; improved with repeated viewings, guarantee it's not for everyone but will certainly not leave your mind once you're done watching. Highly recommended!

Brandon Cronenberg’s Possessor lives up to the families namesake, the justly violent imagery the subtle set designs and small details set in the not so quite dark futuristic world make this movie stand apart and worth watching. Great acting by everyone, Creepy, trippy a must watch.

CRAZY FILM. If you like David Cronenberg stuff you'll like his son. . packaging was great. beautiful, crystal clear picture quality. Best Buy customer service is always number the absolute best. Couldn't recommend this more. I'm 100 perfect satisfied. great Stuff!

The movie is a good movie and I can see why it has a great rotten tomatoes rating. However it does leave you wanting more and is a bit meta and leaves it open to your interpretation and trying to challenge your thoughts. So recommend but keep this in mind.

Brandon Cronenberg carries on his fathers genius by creating disturbingly riveting stories that will keep your blood pumping as well as make you squirm in intense scenes.

For those who are unaware, the director of this film (his first time feature) is the son of David Cronenberg (director of Videodrome, The Fly, ect). Good first outing from the director - the apple doesn't fall far from the tree

This chilling movie was great as we viewed the 4K, uncut version. Even flow of suspense and great violent instances made this a movie that we give a 4.5 out of 5 rating!

There's actual pornography in this movie, just a heads up because it really took me and other viewers by surprise... Other than that it was a great movie and it's good to see something dark and thought provoking from David's son.

This film is a true original and an instant favorite of mine. Like his father, Cronenberg knows how to craft a sci-if horror film. This 4K release looks gorgeous and sounds amazing, highly recommended!

Movie is great the transfer was good as well not your typical horror movie more of a sci-fi horror. I ordered online and it received online on time with no problem so thumbs up to Best Buy.

this movie was a big shocker! i didnt have my hoped high for this, the trailers made it seem simple, but the end product and execution was pretty good! this isnt a full blown horror movie i take it more as a slasher

If you like the works of David Cronenberg than you’ll really enjoy what his son, Brandon has to offer. Truly mind-numbing and cerebral sci-fi stuff here.

So glad to be able to have the uncut version of this film. It's definitely bot for everyone but I feel like if you purchased you know what you're getting yourself into with any Cronenberg film.
