Works very well when it does. Fast to charge, and can be used well enough. Problem is very few programs support it. Unless application support it, which most do not , the remote will not work.

Works well with supported games but I would be sure to check the list of supported apps before purchasing. Not intuitive to tell if it is working or not - takes some getting used to.

It works perfectly keep in mind not all games support controllers and the battery charge is a bonus. Folds up nicely only thing that bothered me was that the screen protector on my phone Made it too thick to slide in I bought a thiner one cuss I really wanted controls. The analogue sticks are surprisingly smooth and have nice resistance.

He loves it, but it seems a bit much to pay for when he doesn't have many games he can use it with.

I have seen some negative reviews on other sites, so I was hesitant. However, this is a great product. People say it feels cheap. It feels like you standard after-market controller. It has a hinge, so it's a bit flimsy feeling until you lock your phone into place and then it feels just fine, very sturdy. My only real gripe is I wish they had more titles for compatibility at launch. Other than that, the product is great. Saw the Logitech as well. I think the Moga is better. It has a bigger battery, more buttons for more compatibility, and feels more like an Xbox controller in terms of how it fills up your hand. The Logitech is of a better build quality, but is not as good in every other area in my opinion. Others have said its expensive at $100, but if you consider the cost of hand held gaming systems, I think this is a decent value. I have had a ton of fun with it so far and it makes playing games on your iPhone SO much more enjoyable.

    Something I've always wanted

I've always wanted a controller for ios. There's so many great games but they all just weren't great because of the controls. This will fix that. This will only work on certain games but the developers will soon make updates. About the control now. It's awesome. Dead trigger 2 is amazing, it's a first person shooter, this is so fun to play now. The build quality seems good, it's solid feel when you have it all together. Pricey? Yes. But I'm happy with it. A few cons: the triggers feel like sponges, they don't have the feel like an xbox controller trigger. Don't expect that. The feed back of them is rather spongy or hard. I don't like that. Also this does have a built in battery, it will charge your device but only if the controller is charged. It WILL NOT charge your device if you have the controller plugged into the wall, meaning if both your iphone and controller are dead you can't play. this is a major flaw. I know it's possible to do cause i have had other external battery's that will charge your device while the external battery device itself is plugged into. Also having it for a day, it just stopped working completely. I had to press the reset button and it worked great again. If this happens again I will be returning it for a new one. But all in all I'm really happy with it and it's totally worth buying if your into ios games.

The #1 thing you should do if you are reading this is double-check the MOGA list for compatible games on their website. I play Battle Supremacy a LOT and the controls are a tad easier with this device. The audio is redirected to the front with clever openings. The buttons are responsible and an audio-out jack is on the bottom. The nice find is the internal battery for charging the iPhone/iPod while it is in use--there's even a switch to turn off/on the battery. I'm surprised it's only $79 because of the battery and how well it is made.

Could be great, if it would work more than a day.

I'm about to return my second Moga Ace Power. The first one stopped working after 2 days, no buttons work at all, even the Battery button will show nothing. It will still charge the iPhone, regardless of the charging switch position, but nothing else on the controller works. Swapped it out at Best Buy, and the second one I used died the exact same way after not even an entire day. All reviews note the horribly cheap build quality, this is something that I could forgive, but it is so bad that it cannot be used for more than a couple days. Guess I'll wait for another vendor to offer dual thumbsticks, or for version 2. Too bad, I was really enjoying playing GTA: San Andreas.
