We've been through about a dozen different headphones, my kids are rough on them. These seem to be holding up well so far, but they've only been on one road trip so we'll see how they hold up going forward. Good value in the two pack, and the IR transmitter was a nice bonus so I could set up wireless in another car and just move the headphones over.

I used this with the TV in my workout room. I had to splice a 12-volt adapter to the power leads, as this system is actually meant for use in a car. These are line-of-sight, so how you hold your head may affect reception. Other than that, they are comfortable and sound great.

It was a great replacement for our RF ear phones that came with our DVD player in our KIA Sedona . Connected right up 1st time and I like that it has a place to hookup a mp3 or iPad.

The dealership had told me that I could only use the headphones they provided me and that no other headphones could be use and they were wrong when I bought this there great now all my kids have there own headphones..

Replaced damaged ones for entertainment system in Mazda CX-9. Work better than ones with system and also have a storage case included.

I bought these headphones because alot of the reviews were good. Unfortunately they were the wrong ones for my vehicle. Bought them on line but it was too easy to return them to the store. Thanks Best Buy

I returned them. I hooked them up like it said and the sound was horrible!! They cut in and out and had a crazy amount of static. Nice feel and fit but fail in everything else.

I am very pleased with the headphones. My kids did not have any problems using them. They worked well in the third row. No complaints.

My dad uses these for the TV. Works great for him. No issues as of yet.

I have had to buy headphones for factory installed dvd player in our car from the dealer several times due to how easily they were broken from kid use/droppage. they were never the quality or the afforadable price that these headphones are. they are more comfortable and easy to keep safe from being broken with the hard storage case that they came with. I will never buy any other car headphones.

I wanted a set of IR wireless headphones to use when I was watching TV in my apartment to be considerate of my neighbors. I saw this product advertised at BEST BUY.com and it seemed to fit the bill in every way. I ordered it up and received it only to find the transmitter needed a 12 volt DC power supply. This product is intended for use in mobile applications. If you are competent, you can hook up a small 120 VAC to 12 VDC converter. Watch your polarity, of course.

When I ordered this I didn't realize it was for the car. I bought a 12v battery and attached the transmitter. You will need male/male cords from the back of the TV to attach to the female cords on the transmitter. Works great.

These are great earphones. I bought 2 sets. My vehicle has infrared signal for the DVD player and all I had to do was put in batteries. No hook ups, no wiring. My kids say they are very comfortable.

Purchased for automobile, to keep grandkids entertained on trips works great for that.....

We bought these for our 2 sons to replace the ones that came with our Uplander. They work great, are much more comfortable, and were A LOT cheaper.

If your buying this for your TV stop right now and go else where. The power source is 2 bare wires to hook up to your 12v source. I do not have an independent 12 v source, Do you ? The C.S. guy at the store went in the back for about 5 mins and sai the bare wires go into the speaker jacks of a stereo to access power. Sure they do ? Also, you need a 2 prong male adaptor to hook these up to you receiver. NOT READY OUT OF THE BOX !!! Best Buy did accept the return with no hassle. My quest for a 2 pack of wireless headphones continues....

Like the button to shut off the volume as we are talking to our children and they dont have to handle them and throw them to the side. So far, we are thrilled and like the hard zipper cases they came with to protect them.

Be aware that this unit is designed for AUTOMOTIVE Use only. That is why in the previous review, it mentioned BARE WIRES.
