Good charger, do not use to much space , came faster.

Just got this in the mail I unplugged my old one and was really excited for this one and after trying to get this thing to charge for 30 minutes I gave up and unplugged it put it back in its box. I'm going to return it and I got my old one back out and I'm using it instead. Wouldn't stay clicked down so charging ports weren't connecting. Plus it's kinda just a pain to get them to connect that way because all my other charging stations I use just use the back micro USB ports.

I had my one Dual Shock 4 Controller properly on the unit for 3 days and it was completely dead when I went to use it. The contacts on the unit and the way it’s designed to activate charging is very unstable compared to Xbox One charging units like the Energizer one I use

With ports for two PS4 controllers, never miss out on the action of your favorite video game again! I was looking for a genuine Sony PS4 product to charge my controllers. This was the closest you can buy (at this time), a fully licensed Sony PS4 charger cradle. Plug it into the wall, and then rest and 'click' your controllers in place. Great for storage, and good to know your controllers are charging at the same time, so when you need it, they are fully charged and ready to go. Positive clicking action lets you know that it is in place and charging. The controllers light up orange while charging and then the light goes out when fully charged. Nice looking, and unobtrusive at a good price point.

I love this thing. I originally purchased the $15 Power A single charger for PS4 (Model: 1346333-01 SKU: 4466201) and promptly returned it for this one. The $15 charger is absolute garbage. GARBAGE! Don't buy it. If you did buy it, you need to get right back into your car, drive to Best Buy and exchange it for this one. Seriously. This is twice the price, but you'll thank me, I promise. Here's why I hate the cheaper model and love this model: the single charging station doesn't come with an AC adapter, so you MUST either have an USB wall adapter, or use the USB ports on the front of the PS4. If Sony had put a USB on the back of the system, I would have been OK with it. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra $15 for this one. You're welcome.

First impression was that is was a cheap piece of plastic, doesn't feel particularly durable, and might not be. Not problems to date. . I takes up a relatively small amount of space next to my console. When you place the controller on, it locks down well and charges quickly Not sure it is faster than others, I didn't time it and I only own one base charger. We will see if it lasts. I got it on sale. If something else was cheaper I'd probably have gone with that brand. But, if there are any issues maybe Sony will feel more obligated to help you out, so you continue to buy the games.

I play at least once a day and every time I'm finished I simply snap the controller into place. To use the controller you push down on it while on the charging unit and it pops right up and releases itself for you take. Easy to use, fully charged and ready for gaming every time. No more worries about losing a charge while playing and making a mad dash for my usb cord.

I like this dual charger. Got tired of plugging in my controllers into the USB cable. This took a lot of effort since my PS4 is under my HD TV. This charger is small and sits on my end table. Clicks in to charge, clicks out to remove. Serves 2 Controllers. Very simple and convenient. Buy one you will like it.

I bought this charger because I was tired of having to plug in my controllers so often. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy this one is to use. You really just set your controller on it and click! Then click again to release. Yes, it's kinda light and flimsy but that doesn't matter because it does what it needs to do and I don't have to bother with charging during my games. Recommended!

I've had this for 3-4 weeks now. Charges 2 controllers well and quickly. It's different than a charger I had for my PS3 and IT's controllers. This one doesn't have a snug fit when the controllers are docked. It doesn't affect the chargeability at all, it just takes some getting used to. You line up the curve of the PS button, push down, it has a spring-loaded "give", and it starts to charge. Also, the light on the controllers will light up yellow when you dock it at first, and will blink yellow while charging, but there is no light or indicator telling you the controllers are officially charged. I had one weird thing the first week where all of a sudden it wasn't charging. However in troubleshooting I unplugged it and plugged it into another outlet and it charged just fine. I took it back to the original outlet and have had no problems ever since. Maybe the wire just had a loose connection. I wish there were USB inputs on this so that we could plug/charge our two additional controllers, but we just rotate them and it's worked out fine.

This Dual Shock 4 charging station is very nice and convenient. The price was good and it is so much better than charging via the USB cables. You can charge 2 controllers at once. They snap into the charger and you push down to release them when you are ready to play. It is way easier to pop them into the charger than it was to try to plug the micro usb cable into the controller. Plus, it leaves the usb ports available for other devices and it's a nice stand to hold your controllers while you are not playing.

This charger is a must buy for any gamer. I use this product to keep both of my controllers fully charged between games. This charger is an amazing upgrade from the short USB cord that was always a pain to use while playing.

This product does everything it's supposed to do. The design is perfect, it's easy and convenient to use. Conveniently stores away your controllers and they're fully charged when you're ready to use them!!

With the recent upgrade to PS4, I've found the controllers battery life to be less than the PS3 controllers. So, I've had to keep a controller plugged into USB input on front of PS4. Not a HUGE deal, but the cable hangs down in my entertainment shelving. This charging dock uses AC plug to charge and keep your PS4 controllers charged, thus eliminating the need to take up one of the 2 USB slots on front of the PS4. Definitely not a need to have, but I now have both controllers ready at any time I'm ready to play, which is a nice to have. $30 is half the price of a game, and could be considered a little high for a molded piece of plastic and power cord, but the convenience is decent. If it lasts for the 6-8 years I expect to get out of the console and helps preserve the batteries in my controllers, it's "price per usage" is pretty solid.

This charger has a sharp and sturdy design, rapidly charges my PS4 controllers, and has a small profile that doesn't hog up a lot of room on my entertainment center. Very pleased with this purchase.
