The charge indicator light never came on after I plugged in the charging cable, and the controller would not charge. I had purchased the controller about a month prior so BestBuy would not allow a return. I am exchanging emails with the manufacturer at the moment.

This is one of those things where you should just spend the extra money and get the better product in the nintendo pro controller.
