This is my 2nd Power A controller for the Switch. First one suffered left-stick drift after about one-year. This one suffered right-stick drift 3 months after purchase. The drift gets progressively worse until it's unplayable. It's too bad, because like other reviews, this controller really feels great (when it works) - and the mappable buttons are awesome.

Decent extra controller, wouldn't use it as my daily driver though. Was a bit of pain to get paired but now it works fine. Quality matches the price point, I much prefer the size and build quality of the Nintendo Pro controller.

The battery stops holding a charge after a couple of months. This is the second PowerA controller to do that in a row. Up until battery issues, controller is great.

Wasn’t connecting to the switch and wasn’t able to return due to time range, waste of money

The controller is nice with the pikachu and stuff but my letter did not come with it but its alright,also the packaging is not good because its just cardboard glued together,oh and lastly the delivery man did not put in in the front doo so its hard to find but overall the product itself is good.

Stick drift after a few day of having it. Lost the box so couldn't return it.

Have had this for a month and a half and 4 of those weeks I was out of town and did not use it. It already drifts right, and I bought it because my switch joycons drift left, lol. And the left control squeaks.... Save your money!

After much research on what controller he wanted, while he isn't a huge Pokémon OR Pikachu fan he really dug the graffiti! That was the main reason he chose that very controller. He has been happy since the purchase and used the controller everyday since.

Honestly the buttons were always acting up getting stuck and not working. The battery life sucks. Constantly needing new batteries

Bought 2 after very little use both of them drift on left joy stick and d pads making them useless tried to return them and best buy wouldnt refund or exchange them awful service on a junk product

Quick action on super fast buttons. A true upgrade to go with the new OLED Nintendo Switch. A good purchase.

It was great until it started to drift after only having it for 2 weeks. And the two year warrenty? Have fun trying to figure out how to find the PowerA order number to get help or to ship it to them.

Great 3rd party controller for the switch. Works on all games, comes with extremely long charging cable. Keep in mind that it comes with charging cable but not the charging brick.

Controller is fully functional, as well as, looking great! The graffiti style look is aggressive and matches Pikachu's business face. The solid red directional pad is the cherry on top!

Not even a year and one of the joysticks has started glitching. This is my second PowerA controller and my last one. Stay far away from this brand.

After 2 weeks the buttons started sticking, and it started to "creep", meaning there was movement when there should not have been. For $60 I'd kind of expect something more. Will not buy again.

I love the design on this controller but the buttons just feel extremely mushy and the thumbsticks feel sort of cheap. If you need a controller in a pinch it's not a bad one to have and the price is fair.

I bought this for a family member recently and he loves it this was his second one. Also we got the protection plan on it i really like that about buying electronics from best buy.

Buttons stuck after a good year of usage. Would recommend if used sparingly only. Not for heavy users.

Drift is a constant issue. I'm not sure if it is entirely this controller, (as restarting the app / switch helps but only briefly,) then the drifting returns.
