The battery is great. I love that you can charge it, it changes multiple colors while playing, wash to use and I would definitely recommend purchasing this again.

Purchased this shortly after buying my Nintendo Switch and I am really happy with the purchase. The controller has great response and control in all of the games that I play with it. I really like the custom colors that I can make on the controller and how easy it is to operate! Definitely a step up from the joycons!

The controller is absolutely great! It has an effective battery life, it takes little to no time to set up and it gets the job done. My only complaint is that the buttons and joystick on it can be a little stiff in comparison to most controllers you've used.

Great choice. PowerA has been around for a while and although it doesn't quite reach the level of Sony's DualSense controller, it is well built and you can feel that in the feel of the buttons and the joysticks. It has two downsides: 1. it is small so if you have big hands it's less than optimal and 2. it has no NFC reader, but that's what keeps the price lower than Nintendo's own controllers. If that is not a concern then this is a good choice.

Nice switch and switch 2 controller. My kids have used it to play Zelda and Mario kart many many hours. A charge lasts a long time. I was so my happy with it that I bought a second one.

I have 3 of this type. All different color variations. Of the powera wireless controllers these have a rechargeable battery which i prefer over disposable batteries. I have experienced drift issues with every controller i have owned for the switch. Most of the time i can take it apart and blow it out and it works fine. If you have a warranty go that route instead.
No reason to buy the Nintendo brand pro controller

Somewhat newish owner of a switch. I was looking for a controller to keep my hands comfortable over longer playing sessions. In the past, I have not trusted 3rd party controllers because the quality just could not match the native manufacturers. Because of this, I coughed up the $70(overpriced!) for the Nintendo controller and, like I expected, it was more comfortable.
A few days later, this version of the PowerA controller came out. The price of the Nintendo controller still bothered me (considering an xbox or PS4 controller is $60) so I returned it and got the PowerA instead.
I honestly can not tell a difference between the two in terms of build quality or feel in my hands. It is equal to the Nintendo controller in any game I have played with it. Buy this and save $20.

Amazing controller. I was having elbow pain due to the weight of the Switch, but now I just connect it to the Dock and use my new controller. It feels great in my heads and it's quality is really good. I regret not buying it before.

Purchased this for my daughter's fifth birthday. She loves the Princess Peach on the front and all the bright colors. It was easy to connect and has been working really well.
