Disappointing and/or defective
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The FusionA Pro Wireless Controller seemed exciting and promising for me. Particularly because I was hoping the additional buttons on the back that can be RE-mapped as zR/zL buttons which could help reduce hand strain for me to make using the controller more accessible. However , while testing the controller with a game I like, the L stick was sluggish and did not respond in about 1/2 of the directions pressed including upward. I tried a few obvious remedies : 1) Removing the controller faceplate restored functionality but the controller would still not work with either the white or black faceplate 2) swapping out alternative plastic joystick covers also did not work 3) Nintendo Switch System/Controllers/Calibration application confirmed L stick was compromised and suggested R stick was also very slightly compromised (neither was able to have 100% sensitivity in all joystick positions. ) 4) Fusion A controller is unable to be calibrated , meaning no software fix for the controller. This is especially disappointing since it was unclear ; is the FusionA hardware defective or is the calibration simply off? In either case the controller was unusable. The controller was picked up at Local Best Buy with box in perfect shape : clearly new and handled by the friendly staff. It seems the controller was simply defective. I plan to return and am unfortunately considering Nintendo brand instead of FusionA given my perception about the quality now. A few google searches turned up that some individuals had this problem only after owning the controller for a while so maybe I should consider myself lucky that it was defective out of the box.

(keep in mind the controller rested untouched in the case for months) so unbelievably disappointed because i barley even used it and now i can’t even return it.

Broke so fast.

No chargers work. It's just dead. I'm pretty mad this happened to a 100$ controller. I didn't even use it that often, which makes if even more annoying that it gave out so fast

not compatible with nintendo switch oled

I bought this controller because it looks good with ni nintendo switch oled in white color. But I have to warn you that I was with this controller for two months or almost three months and I had not realized that this controller is not compatible with the vibration of games. I spent a lot of time playing dying light and I thought that the game had problems and I decided to try with zelda breath of the wild it doesn't have vibration either and I tried with doom eternal there is no way that this control can vibrate. I returned it to the best buy store and bought the normal pro controller. I recommend you not to buy this garbage
