It allows you to suspend your phone over your Xbox controller while gaming. it can make the controller a little heavy, but its very adjustable so you can move it into a variety of positions until its comfortable for your gaming preference.

The clip holds even very heavy phones well while playing and moving the controller around. The fact that the top and bottoms clamps are spread apart makes this superior to others I have used since they don't keep holding down my buttons. A little pricey when compared with ones that pop up on Amazon or Wish once-in-a-while but very much worth it as it provides an overall better experience.

I give it 5 stars because it does what it sets out to do well enough even though there are better solutions (but more costly) out there. Your wrist will likely get tired quickly with this setup depending on the size of phone you have, but that’s the nature of this setup.
