My mother in law LOVES IT!!! WORKS FANTASTIC ! ! ! Everything comes out fantastic and it's great for her third floor apartment so she don't have to go up and down two flights of stairs at her age. Great value. I highly recommend this product.

This grill is great if you are the kind of person who likes cooking with a gas grill. It's very similar in the look and feel when the food is finished. The food retains its moisture and juiciness, and it's really hard to overcook. But if you are looking for that charcoal or char taste, this isn't something you'd like. Get a real grill. I chose this particular model because I intend to use this with guests around the table. Like a Korean BBQ style dinner! The only complaint I have about this item is that it is a little hard to clean. The aluminum pan requires a lot of attention depending on what you're cooking, and the color of the grill/griddle makes it hard to see if I missed any spots while cleaning. The lid is kind of low too, so its not great with foods that may have some height.

My sister got one of these and bragged about it so I had to get one. Wow what a great way to grill indoors smokeless Food tastes yummy. Have made burgers and fish and brats so far. Not bad to clean up either. Best investment for indoor grilling this hot summer Highly recommend.

Bought this last summer, and have used it a ton over the last year, especially this last winter. Cooks burgers and steaks really well, and it's easy to keep an eye on your food with the glass lid. The lid also helps if you're cooking frozen food, as it keeps splatters contained! Fairly straightforward to clean, just take the top layer off and clean that and work your way down. I would be careful cleaning the grill grates, they tended to tear up my scrub pad. While it worked, it kept the house smoke-free. Tried to use it 2 days ago and turned it on and the kitchen filled with smoke that started billowing out from the grill - top and bottom. Fortunately I had Geek Squad Protection on it so all I had to do was bring it back to the store and they gave me store credit. It was wonderful while it lasted.

I wasn't expecting an indoor grill to make the food taste like it came off of an outdoor one, but it does! The burgers had the grill lines across them and if I hadn't made them myself, I wouldn't believe they weren't grilled out back. Easy cleaup, too.

Cooks everything beautifully! Made chicken breasts, brats, and steaks. Delicious! The fan works great. I was worried because we have a smoke alarm that goes off just from making toast! Absolutely NO smoke. I would definitely recommend this grill.

I can't have a grill at my apartment complex, so I thought I'd give this grill a try. So, far I have used it twice for grilled shrimp. I have to say that the taste was similar to charcoal grilled. Heats up fast and easy to clean.

Our goal is too eat more healthy, and this is a good option for us versus cooking out on the grill. It is easy to clean, and the grill has worked well for us as well.

This grill is easy to use, and does a great job with any smoke or mess! It is great for steaks, or burgers and dogs. It really does any excellent job, and cleans up relatively easily. Great purchase!

Our family is pretty big and we do a lot of Korean style bbq in the house. It was perfect. No smoke and cooked the meat to perfection!

The only reason I'm giving this product 4 stars is because I've used this product twice and have been pleased with the results. I haven't had the chance to use the griddle plate yet. I made about 8 steaks the first time and maybe about 20 burgers (some with cheese and some without) with bacon the second time. As long as you read the guide before you start and follow the directions, this product should work as stated. I'm sure that once I use it some more, I will be able to give it 5 stars.

So far I used it for steaks, shrimp, sausages, hamburgers, and pancakes. Everything cooks perfectly without any smoke or grease splatter. Clean up is easy. Very pleased with this grill.

I like this cooker because it does not smell up my house. It cooks with no smoke and only pleasant aromas. Easy to clean.

Food taste grilled, like it was made out in the pit. Really smokeless. It even leaves charred marks on chicken and fish. It can be taken apart to clean.

Love this thing. Breakfast Lunch Dinner. I make anything on this beauty. When it’s raining outside there’s always this for a BBQ backup.

Great for indoor! No smoke? No smell?? I dont think so. But way less smoke and smell then others! Need more power would be better.

Very convenient. Easy to use and easy clean-up. Cooking times do take a little longer though. Over all, pretty solid purchase.

This indoor grill is perfect and so easy. Great when its pouring rain outside. The taste is just like the food was cooked outside. Just awesome.

I cook on this all the time. Does a great job. It does what it says it does. Some things have to be pre heated in microwave so it won't burn on grill, but it's not a big deal.

I was very pleased with the way in which it grills and that there is no smoke. The Power XL grilled my steak perfectly and it was delicious!
