Excellent product, does exactly what it says. Easy to clean. Food may not be quite as hot as off an outdoor grill but I don’t have to deal with rain or heat or lugging home charcoal or propane. Excellent service from Best Buy. I didn’t know about their deals of the day until I haphazardly landed on their website and saved a ton of money because that day this smokeless grill was on sale. Yay for me!

We love grilling all summer and now we can continue to prepare our meals inside all winter long and still enjoy the benefits of the grill. It is so easy to use and the clean up is quick and easy. Itys a grat product, I suggest everyone should own this product....

The smokeless grill works really well. Cooks steaks and hamburgers as well as an outdoor grill with litle or no smoke.

Great Buy. Cooks well. Not really enough heat but i like to cook slow and it will cut don on the smoke.

The other high reviews convinced me it was worth checking out. We love grilling out, but not always safe or possible due to weather. This baby performs as advertised and perfect for a household of 2 or 3 adults. Safe, easy to work with, and easy to clean. (Safety and easy to clean are issues with any cooking appliances,) No disappointments so far. A great value.

I recommend this grill for all people who cook inside, the smoke is very little and it cooks very well

I watched the infomercial. I had an indoor grill years ago that I absolutely loved. This looked like a good modern version of it. So I went for it. Unfortunately the grill doesn't seem to maintain the temp levels to do a good indoor grill mark sear that I expected. It works ok, I guess, but I think the temperature settings are WAY off. Inconsistent heat. I wouldn't buy it again.

Works great easy to clean. Grilled steak last night with asparagus. Just like a charcoal grill.

Love this grill. Really smokeless but yet has a nice char to it. Easy clean up too.

The grill does a good job of giving you that outdoor flavor and includes grill marks. The downside is the setup. You literally have to take it apart to add water to a small plastic square bowl in the very bottom and then put it back together and wait for the grill to reach grilling temperature which takes a few minutes. Overall its an ok item but nothing to really sneeze at.
