Great product easy to clean ! Well made and everything comes out nice and tender !

Love it, it is easy to clean and easy to assemble and take apart. It is great for cooking indoor patties and hot dogs. It does what it says it does which it is smokeless. One thing I didn't like is that i feel like it cooks longer to cook patties or ribs on there. But it still gets the job done. The fan is a bit loud when turn on but when not cooking if you turn off the power button, there is a small noise that sounds a bit annoying. I thought I turn it completely off but I had to unplug the cord to make sure if it was really off. Overall it was on sale. I would recommend for a sale. It is awesome and does a great job grilling without the smoke.

giving it 4 stars because im rating it based on what it is and what its not....an indoor grill. I didnt expect this to totally compare to a typical propane grill Naturally the first thing I tried out were 2 prime ribeye steaks. They came out nice and tasted fine to me, but certainly not as good as if grilling on a real grill. If you have an apartment or condo then this indoor smokeless grill certainly does the job and you'll be happy with it!!! but if you're hoping to eliminate either a propane or charcoal grill, then you will be disappointed

This is a great grill and definitely reduces smoke. I've made numerous meats and everything came out better than expected. Fast an easy and though more piece it feels easier to clean than the air fryer

Very nice product. Easy to clean, gets rid of the smoke, so no smoke going into your house. Cooks evenly. I've made salmon and a NY Strip steak so far with it without any problems. If you want to avoid being on the cold deck trying to grill something to eat, then this product offers a good alternative.

This device is great! It's very easy to use and super simple to clean. My family and I have been using this since January and so far so good. We also purchased the 2 year extended warranty in the event incase we have any issues down the road. For now, really happy with this product.

This does not come with what is advertised. I'm not sure if its best buy or PowerXL that writes the product description, but it says the griddle plate is included under the "what's included" section. There is a marking on the outside of the box that says "Redeem Online. Bonus Griddle Plate. See details inside". Already frustrated, because I had planned to use this for breakfast right away, I pull out the pamphlet about the griddle and it says it's free but it still wants me to pay $16 in shipping and handling. I called Best Buy and Karen'd and told them they owe me the money for the shipping since their description is wrong. They offered to credit my account $25, but I havent taken them up on it yet. Honestly, I think I am just going to return, because honestly this thing is waaaay too small. which makes it kind of useless to me anyway.

Lots of smokeless Grill but would have liked to have had the extra insert tried to buy it but I couldn't get it delivered at any time if there's a way to buy the insert I would like to do it I got to cook steaks on it New Year's Eve they were perfect so glad it was a great Christmas with the power XL

My family loves grilled food so I bought this product because it is very convenient, easy to use and you can use it indoor. It is smokeless so your kitchen won’t smell smoky. It’s just perfect for me. I highly recommend this product to my friends.

This product works great & the directions are really simple. You have to cook some food a little longer but other than temp it's great. They also send you a coupon in the box to get the griddle that goes with the Smokeless Grill.

Best gift I have purchased for myself. It is easy to use and can cook just about all food on it. Just roasted corn on the cub. So juicy and delicious. The liquid smoke definitely added flavor to the steak and hamburger.

Wanted to cook steaks without going outside. It did what I needed it to do and more. Now my brother wants one for his kitchen for the winter or just to have for a quick steak I told him Best Buy is where I got mine so go get one.

We use this in-door grill a couple times a week. It has a great non-stick surface and cleaning it is a breeze!

The best grill ever and it’s indoors. Works well and does not smoke - hence the name indoor smokeless grill. Get the griddle plate, you can cook everything with this product. Buy if and you won’t be disappointed.

I found this nuch better than some of the more expensive grills on the market. It was easy to use and easy to clean. The taste came close to an outside grill which is harder to use. I woould certainly recomend ths grill.

The best way to grill food without any of the hassle. Food tastes just as good as if grilled on a bbq and there really is no smoke at all. Additionally once done with cooking clean up is done in a couple of minutes.

Only used once very easily to use and clean up. But I think the more I use it I’m going to love the convenience of the smokeless grill. Still trying to figure out how to get the free griddle it talks about.

Convenient solution for indoor grilling! I've used it twice since I bought it and I'm very satisfied with the results. So far the only downturn was the griddle that said it was included but it wasn't (I'm okay with ordering it online but not okay with having to pay a processing fee)
