First off, I really do like the BowFlex PR3000. It's extremely versatile, easy to use, and very smooth in operation. I really love the fact that I can do many different exercises without having to reset the machine. Now the bad news. BowFlex support is terrible! I've had to call them 4 to 5 times and each and every time I was placed on hold for almost an hour while waiting to talk with a live person. E-mail is almost as bad. I had issues while doing the assembly of the machine, see the first pic that I attached. Once the base is assembled and the bolts tightened the results are as you see. One leg of the base doesn't touch the floor. It's not my floor as I tried it in another location, same result. I did assemble the machine as is and it does work, after adding a piece of wood under the leg. A costly piece of equipment such as this shouldn't have to have this done. I believe that the welds for the brackets were done incorrectly. My second problem is with the height of the PR3000. See the second pic. Before buying I did a bunch of online research. Everywhere that I looked the height was stated as being 82 inches. I even asked the BowFlex rep what the height was, she told me 82". I explained to the rep that the ceiling of my basement gym is 82.5 inches, so the height was a big concern for me. She again stated that the height is 82". I wasn't too happy to discover that the true height of the assembled machine is 83.5". As you can see, I had to remove ceiling tiles to make it work. I brought these issues to the attention of two different BowFlex reps. I sent email along with pics of the issues to them. They replied to me but completely ignored the issues, totally blowing me off. Now I can't even get them to reply to me. I'm sure that they are hoping that I be quiet and go away, I'm not. I don't expect a miracle, or to have my machine replaced. But I don't expect to be blown off and ignored either. Buyer beware.

Bought this for my wife as a birthday gift since she just got into working out and she loved it. Pretty straight forward assembly, you just need to layout the parts to know what is what. Took 45-60 minutes to assemble by my self only needed help to hold the side arms to put two screws in. There was a few minor scuffs here and there not visible from far unless you're really up close, but honestly it doesn't affect the equipment itself no big deal. It's a perfect machine resistance wise for my wife at the moment but i might need to upgrade to the higher resistance rods for myself in the near future. Overall a great product and purchase.

Ultimately, the convinience of working out from home was the deal breaker. Many more workouts you can do than the ones bowflex advertises. This machine is extremely versitile. I love it, i promote it to my friends and family and really do recomend it. Next is getting all the accesories, especially the bicep attachment.

After surgery I was concerned about getting back in shape. This machine is perfect and allows to proceed slow and build with fast results. A really fast system in loading more tension on or off. Highly recommended and would buy again.

Excellent machine well packaged and easy to assemble

Decent machine. Set up directions werent very clear. It doesnt take up much space but is rather tall, so good thing i have high ceilings.

This home gym was what I needed at the time and kids and wife love this gym also. Very wasy to assemble and following directions was a breeze... Buy it you will enjoy!!!!

Grear purchase. Easy to set up, however the instructions where a little off. Nice little set up if youre building a home gym.

The holes for the bracket to hold the rods onto machine were way too big. The screws would slide right out of it. Do not buy this machine, because someone else had the exact same problem.

I can't say enough good things about this Home Gym. Have really been enjoying it and love the ability to work out in between meetings.

Packed securely. Took 1-2 hrs to unpack. Started to assemble, but got to where the bow rack attaches with 2 screws that should thread into a bracket and the wholes were too large. Could go no farther so packed back up the best I could and returned it. I would assume the vendor making this part makes them all the sdame, so I would not buy ths item. Save yourself the aggravation and wasted effort/time.

Was looking for a home gym option that had a relatively small foot print. This fits perfectly without taking up the whole room. With a nice set of workout options and being able to upgrade the weights when I’m ready is a plus. All in all very pleased.

Why Is this always sold out here? everytime I load this app looking for this machine it is sold out. If your no longer gonna sell this, remove it. Just sayin.
