The computer itself seems to be in pretty good condition. There’s some minor scrapes along the edges which isn’t very noticeable. It runs well so far. So that part I’m happy about. What I was not happy about is there seems to be a malfunction with the charging port or the charger itself. I plugged the charger into the port and let it sit for a minute and when I went to turn the power button on, nothing came up. It took me having to play with the charging cord in order for the laptop to turn on. I know it’s pre-used, but still, making sure the charging cord works is definitely important. Needless to say I hope it’s the charging cord that has a shortage and not the charging port on the laptop. If so then I’ve just wasted my money.

Very fragile and not good for anything but work but overall good for the price

I've had this Chromebook for the past 5 months and I haven't had any issues or problems.I liked the quality and model of this Chromebook. It didn't have any scratches when I got and it was in perfect shape. Currently enjoy this device for my everyday use for school and work. I have to say that I adore this device and its worth buying and the experiences while using and everything being fast to download. I enjoy and love this device. I would totally be getting another one soon to give to a friend or family member. It's also very affordable.

I purchased 2 of these for my children to use for their grade school work. One after 1 week wouldn't stay turned on then it worked then 3 weeks later happened again so I have to return to the company that refurbished it. I will update this review once I see if it gets fixed properly.

This is the perfect little computer to do school work and Zoom classes on. Not a lot of storage so had to buy a flash drive but that's more than okay! Absolutely love this purchase! Thanks, Best Buy!

I love this product. It is so easy to use. It is convenient for work or just browsing,email,or homework. The downside is it doesn't of course work with google play app store. I hooked it to my printer and set up for that was simple. Would buy again for sure.

I needed something cheap that has only a few task and I found it. My only complaint is that it sometimes runs slower than I would like, but otherwise, it serves its purpose. If something happens to it, I’m out very little money.

I bought this refurbished, it work ms good but the wrapper they used on it is not properly sealed to make it looks new . I had the choice to return it but the price was good so I have bought a cover protector for my 6 year old so it wouldn’t peel any further . Overall love it and hope it lasted for few years

Pretty good value overall. This is my first Chromebook and I will say that there is slightly less functionality than I was originally expecting. However, it seems to accomplish what it is marketed as. A little disappointed with the battery life but I suppose that is to be expected on a refurbished device.

Ok for web surfing or whatever. I’m using it mostly for Skype. Nice size and setup. Nice touchscreen too.

The Chromebook was purchased for my son who is in college doing inline classes primarily. He absolutely loves it. He rarely uses his laptop now. The touchscreen was a must have and he loves it.

This product was purchased for my 10 year old daughter. She loves it and it is really easy for her to use.
