Graphics and gore keeps getting better. Another classic that keeps on going.

MKX is the sharpest most polished entry in the series. The blood and brutality is over the top like you expect. There are enough modes that offer high replay and fun. Characters both new and old look fantastic on the Xbox One. The only weak point is the story, but I didn't expect much from it to begin with. The game is just fast and fun overall. A must buy for any fighting genre fan.

The last couple MK releases have been great and have really resurrected the franchise. This is no different. I haven't played since it relaunched on Xbox 360 a few years ago. So I feel like watching the story mode I'm out of the loop but playing it I haven't been all that out of touch. Controls are a little slow when tapping in combos which I don't like but its still a great game.

I was a fan of the original Mortal Kombat series up until MK3 sometime around 1996. After that, they had completely lost interest to me. The Mortal Kombat reboot in 2011's MK9 was the best MK game ever, with better controls, great graphics, gameplay, and an epic story mode. This sequel expands on everything that game did right. If you enjoyed MK9, I definitely recommend MKX.

First, those graphics!!! Very nicely done!! Second. This game is so much more than a standard side to side fighting game. The story mode is actually well done, there are multiple factions to join, towers to complete, a new "test your luck" fight that adds new variable conditions to the fight, and the Krypt is back with an awesome new twist! I'm so glad I made this purchase!

Graphics are top notch, the game is sweet 60 fps, and the gore is insane.

This game was awesome. It is a great fighting game. Fatalities and other gruesome attacks are so much fun with different characters.

I was never a huge fan of the MK series until MK9 a few years ago, and this game takes a lot of what was good about that game, and improves on it. The graphics are great, and the cut scenes are awesome. The story is a little cliche, but it could be worse. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because there are some issues with online play. Nothing major, but enough to cause some frustration at times. Whether you're a fan of the MK series, or just a fan of fighting games in general, this is a must buy.

The graphics on this game are very impressive. Game play is amazing. Almost compares to the old school super nintendo versions.

I have been playing this game non stop. It offers so many options to have countless hours of gameplay. The graphics are great and the game is fast paced. It's not as difficult to get used to like the last mortal kombat games with different fighting styles. This is by far the best MK series since Mk3 ultimate. Highly recommend to purchase the DLC pack with it.
