Love to play this game, I've always been a fan of mortal combat the controls were a little tricky because Im used to old combo buttons but its fun once you get the hang of it.

The game looks great, plays great, and is very fun. It's too bad they don't include several characters from the old games such as Cyrax and Noob, but the story is great and the amount of playability is vast. If you're a Mortal Kombat fan, you definitely need to pick this up. If you're not, this is a simpler fighting game when compared to Killer Instinct, but it's loads of fun and is a great gateway to fighting games if you're new to them.

Played all of them and this is the best one yet! Game play is smooth and the graphics are next gen.

Take MK9, add a little bit of Injustice, throw in some new characters, updated graphics and you still won't know what MKX is like until you play. My only regret is Smoke is not on the roster. I dont follow the comic series so I have no clue about the majority of the new characters, besides the fact that they are offspring and descendants of the older generation. Classic MK fans as well as newcomers alike will all enjoy this game.

I was always a Street Fighter kid growing up, but used to love going to friends' houses to play Mortal Kombat. I'll admit, this is the first MK I've purchased, and I'm not disappointed at all. Graphics are awesome, and the single-player story mode is very entertaining with great cinematics. I had a group of 10 people over the other night, and even our wives/girlfriends jumped on and had a blast playing in vs. mode!
