I've purchased every NBA2K game for several years and this is by far my favorite sports series. I've loved each season's new rendition of the 2K series with the slight modifications and improvements. However, this year I am disappointed in the MyCareer effort as Spike Lee has brought too much to the table. I appreciate the story and love how you can choose your college (especially since the UofA Wildcats are included); but the cut scenes are extremely long and drawn out. The gameplay is still solid and I look forward to continuing my NBA career now that Spike Lee is no longer a part of it...

I love the 2k franchise. This game has awesome graphics and is very realistic for a video game

Very similar to 2K15. Career mode starts in high school. Not much has changed in game play or controls. I bought this just to play online with friends.

I played it everyday. It is very realistic. Real shooting with my player. Fun to play.

Hands down one of the best NBA2k games in the series. Runs smooth and great graphics.

I'm pleasantly surprised! The graphics are improved! They're not as good as 2K16 on PS4/Xbox One, but they seem like downgraded 2K14 PS4/X1 graphics. The modes haven't been touched, though. The commentary has been updated with Greg Anthony, of course. The new legends teams are NOT in the game, but they have added Kareem and Eric Snow to the teams they were on. Some players like Langston Galloway and Jordan Clarkson are CAPs, sadly. Other than that, the gameplay is much better than 2K15. Not as good as 2K16 on X1 or PS4, but definitely better than 2K15 last gen.

Haven't played a NBA game in several years, so it was nice seeing the upgraded visuals. As for the game play mechanics, they're pretty solid.

Best sports game I have on the PS4 period. It is harder than most, but that is what I love about it. The challenge remains from game to game. When I play Madden or NHL or any of the other sports games, eventually you find a way to consistently exploit the computer opponents. You just can;t do that in this game. You have to constantly change your tactics in order to win games. Its great!

The game play is slightly different than that of 2k15. I like them both, but got used to playing with 2k16; The game also updates everything according to time of year and everything; Keep up to date with actual NBA and time of year with different seasons as the announcers change their attire; 2K never fails to disappoint, a must own for sports lovers for sure
