Customers are saying

Customers value the stunning graphics and fun multiplayer options in Pre-Owned Star Wars Battlefront, frequently praising the action and immersive sound design. However, some customers express disappointment with the limited campaign mode and content available, as well as the relatively small number of maps. The price point also drew some criticism.

    Great game!

Battlefront brings back so many memories from childhood. This "remake" of the original game is fantastic. The graphics are some of the best graphics I have ever seen. The battle is pretty balanced. The sounds and feel of the game feel exactly like Star Wars. The only downsides of the game are the scare maps and the cost of the season pass ($50). I still highly recommend this game.

Being a Starwars fan I did not enjoy this game. It has long load times and just seems more frustrating than anything. It reminds me of an app game where they kept adding additional content and it's just a mess of options and different things.

This game was a huge let down and not advertised as it was. The game back in the day had more to do and was more enjoyable. I would not purchase this game and hope BattleFront 2 is much better.

Waited for a reboot since Battlefront 2. Was very excited, but there is no campaign or even old game modes. That is what made this game good in the past.

I don't have Xbox Live Gold so I was pretty disappointed to find that while (of course) EA will let me buy the DLC, none of the DLC maps or characters are playable without it.

My kids received two games, and this was definitely not at the top of their list. As matter of fact, they played it once since they got it and bored with it quickly.

As far as I know the game has only a multiplayer mode. Returned, as I only play games that have a single player campaign in addition to multiplayer.

While it's fun at first to be in the Star Wars galaxy, the game quickly gets bogged down by insufferable load times.

Five stars from a non die hard fan

I would have to say, EA got it right on this game. I have played the game for close to ten hours now and still have the itch to play it more. Here is a list of the things that made me give this five stars. -Graphics and worlds look amazing- gives a real authentic Star Wars feel. -Game modes- Battle Front has a very good variety of modes to play. All of which are fun to play alone or with some buddies. -Load outs- The system they have used with "cards" that you bring in a hand for each battle is a nice idea and works very well here. As you rank up and get more points you can purchase better items to help you on the battle field. Also some that give you short bonuses to use at certain moments to get good kills or take down a vehicle. -Customization and emotes- You have many options to change the head of your player and the higher ranks include a few different body pieces and alien heads. They gave a good amount of emots you can use just like in Destiny, they are funny at times but really pointless. -Vehicles- There are a pretty good amount of vehicle options that are in the movies. Flying was done very well and is a blast to get into dog fights. -Heros- Getting to play as Skywalker or Vader and more makes the moment very exciting. You feel like a bad man when you get on a mad kill streak taking down enemies. Best moment I have had is running into Vader while I was Skywalker, think most player enjoyed just watching it as well. Only con in this game for me is the Heavy Blasters. Seems players have grabbed on to the easiest gun to use and get easy kills with. Every game has an OP weapon but just way too many people using it. Again this game I would say is amazing. I am not a die hard Star Wars fan and this game has me hooked. My Halo and COD have taken a seat for a good amount of time while I continue to play this game. I would tell any gamer looking for something to sink their paws into to get this game. Adding this in so no one thinks I am with EA or paid review or something stupid like that. I also reviewed EA's NFS game and gave it two start, check it out please. If I was with EA or something I wouldn't have given another EA Game a bad review. This review is my personal opinion and I do think it is a five star game based on my interest and experience. Just like some people gave NSF a five star and I gave it 2... Its all opinions, don't let someones review decide on buying a game, you wont know until you try it if its something you will actually like or not.

Exceptional graphics. Multiplayer action runs smooth as glass whether on foot or in vehicles. Still a little disappointed that there is no campaign to play.

I had high expectations for this game, many of reviewers were ranting and raving about it. When I got home and played it- I found it difficult to get into and also there wasn't a story behind it and I was hoping they would create a cool story line with the Star Wars theme. I sold the game.

    Fun Game...But

I'll start off saying I'm not a big Star Wars fan but this is a very simple & Fun FPS/3rd person shooter. If you like Battlefield or Call of Duty you'll probably like this game. Now for the But... There is no Story Mode and not enough content (Maps, Guns, ect...) makes it not worth the $60 price tag. I would recommend that you wait for a price drop to get it. I would say $40 is a fair price for this game.

    Classic Shooter

I say classic shooter in the sense that it is not like modern shooters, it is a bit more relaxed. Since you don't need to worry about ammo, it creates one less worry. However, you need to avoid over heating. Though there is no campaign it is a very beautiful game and the missions are lots of fun to play with friends online or couch co-op! The multi-player has many different fun variants to dive into, most of you are to get you ready for the Walker Assault. If you are skeptical about dropping $60 on the game, get a month of EA Access for $4.99 you get a 10 hr trial.
