This game has an awesome story. The whole alternate timeline is intriguing. It's over the top of course which makes it more enjoyable. This games mechanics aren't revolutionary but is a nod back to old school shooters. It gets a little stale in parts and there's no multiplayer which brings down it's replay value. But, overall it's fun and and entertaining which is what I want out of my games. A solid 7.5/10 to me.

I'm new to the Xbox One system and these games all together. I've had the Wii for a long time and with my kids getting older it was time for an upgrade. Love the graphics and the play is easy after you get the hang of the controls. Seems like a fun and challenging game. What was even better was getting the $60 game preowned and using reward coupons, I walked out the door paying $5.00 for it.

Graphics are awesome, story line is cool lots of levels and cool guns to find. Don't rush, find it all.

if you want to jump into non-stop "shoot them all" action, you will love this game so much that you will want to play it over and over but if you want some serious main story line (other than shoot them all), you might not enjoy this game as much. One big "negative", you have to pick up ammo manually. However, when you think about it, it might not be as negative as you think, just more realistic. :)

I have played the Wolfenstein series since the original on my Tandy 1000 SX in the 80's! The story and combat of this game is a real blast and it's even fun to play over and over because it is just great blowing away video game (German political party from 1920-1945 - I guess the review system won't let me use the common name for the National Socialist German Workers' Party) when you have had a bad day at work.

Good game. Fun gameplay, good story/characters. Great deal with the $20 reward for pre-ordering.

Not much needs to be said, except that if you're an old school gamer like myself, you'll be more than happy with the new Wolfenstein. It's a gory, retelling of the Wolfenstein story, where you still play as BJ Blazcowicz. I haven't really enjoyed a Wolfenstein game since I played the original Wolfenstein 3D as a kid back in 1992. This game rekindled old memories. Aside from that, it's also 1080p 60fps even on the Xbox One.

I found this game to be quite enjoyable. The characters were well developed and the action was tempered with good cutscenes. I found it easier to go in stealthy when playing on the hardest difficulty, but it was fun to run and gun with dual-wielded weapons.

I grew up with Duke Nuke'em, Castle Wolfenstein (by Broderbund on a C64 no less) so this was a nice update to a classic line of games. The graphics are what you would expect from a next-generation console. The game play is fairly challenging and I did happen to die quite a bit but it wasn't too frustrating. It's worth the money for a few evenings of entertainment.

This is a pretty fun game it's a lot of action buncha killing and it has a interesting story to it in my opinion and it's a challenge it's not a easy game u can just run throught it has a few parts so far that you get stuck on to keep it a challenge.

After reading several reviews myself, I finally decided to give Wolfenstein: The New Order a try and I found it to be a much better game than I originally thought. The graphics are pretty good and for being a standard first person shooter game, the game play is fun, but repetitive. The storyline delivers an interesting look of how the world might have turned out if the Axis would have won World War II and even goes as far as delivering news material from an alternate history. Though this game has some minor annoyances with it's stealth mechanic, this game is fun to play as straight up shooter. Though the campaign is about on par with your typical FPS game, it seems to be short, but at least it is sweet. My only complaint is the ending with it attempting to leave the storyline open for future sequels other than that it was a pretty good game.

I thought this game was going to be another lame, boring shooter. Boy was I wrong! I have recommended this game to few close gaming buddies of mine. I love the graphics and how well the cpu reacts to your actions. Give it a try, you will not be disappointed!

National Socialists, robots, the undead, Undead National Socialist Robots -- we've got all the hits here to leave you sufficiently verklempt. A worthy addition to the hot franchise, includes an Easter egg trip to the original 8-bit masterpiece that started it all.

Awesome story, lots of violence/gore, and great gameplay. Graphics are fantastic.

This is a must have game for anyone that ever wanted to fight germans and enjoys first person shooter game. The storyline and voice acting are good although most of the time there is a lot of background noise making it hard to hear. The change weapon HUD (head up display) is old school and could have been made better. This game is a solid fun to play.

Went into this game w/ pretty low expectations, the deal BB had on it was hard to pass up, so I figured why not. So far (about five hours in) the game is a pretty good game. Controls feel good, visually are solid, overall the production values are pretty high. A good product for a first time studio. No real hardcore complaints about the game so far.

Wolfenstein was the (first) First Person Shooter I ever played (like many others) way back in 1993 when I was just 9 Years old and I will never forget that. I played the Ravensoft release in 2009 and found that to be quite a sleeper hit and very enjoyable. This latest game was made by MachineGames in Sweden and does not disappoint. Solid controls, great weapons and excellent memorable character designs. It's just long enough, not too short and not drawn out. If you want a new FPS on Xbox One definitely give this a go, you will not regret it. It's a game that was definitely made for the fans but did not alienate any will be new players at the same time. Highly recommended.

This game has me so addicted to it, Story and graphics are the best.
