Very poor quality, totally disappointed. Customer service is also very poor, hard to get ahold of. I would not recommend this range. We had problems right from the beginning and had trouble getting ahold of service. Bad igniter was the first problem and it takes forever to get the oven to light. They replaced the igniter (finally got a real person to call me back after emails) but can't get ahold of them for the other problem.

Deserves a ZERO

Only keeping this because we hauled it to our remote cabin. Piece of junk!!
1.Thermostat to oven worked 3 times, had to be replaced.
2. No way to set burners low enough to simmer, even with perforated heat diffuser. Plan on burning lots of meals.
3. Very thin plastic sheet behind knobs shows control levels. Mine was torn coming out of the box. A week of use and cleaning and it looks worn and torn already.
4. No way to hang a towel on the door handle, fits too close to door panel.
Don’t bother with this range. Spend the money and find a decent one.
