    Would be great if it included a real time temperature reader, even a buzzer would be cool so I know when it's at my desired temp. Also to use the oven is tricky for most people too being you have to fill with said gas, then ignite where as for my wife it's a little nerve-racking. In my case though it is a simple basic gas range. Oh and for the center griddle it only comes with the one gas plate so the back part cooks unevenly as well, if it were though to have a 2 plate system for front and rear it would be ALOT better.

    DO NOT BUY A GAS OVEN FROM BestBuy or Premier

    We had a Premier - 36" Freestanding Gas Range - White installed on Dec. 3, 2020. The range has problems where the oven will just shut itself off after igniting and Premier will not send someone to fix it. Premier shipped us a new thermostat, but there are no appliance repair companies who know anything about working on Premier appliances. We keep calling BestBuy to set up replacement of the thermostat, but BestBuy constantly codes the task as an installation and sends the wrong personnel who know ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about working on a gas appliance. It appears BestBuy has coded this work incorrectly for the 3rd time, and I guess their strategy is just for us to give up and either live with problem or order a new appliance. As much as I wanted to support an American company, apparently Premier is too obscure for any appliance service companies to want to touch them. And don't expect BestBuy to schedule the appropriate service even if you order the protection program, which we did.

    I'll like to change my 36 Freestanding gas range biscuit/black, because its to hard to ligth up the oven, we have to kneel down to turn on

    This stove is nice and big. It can hold 2 big Turkey fryers on top. Wish it was self clean send had a light in oven.

    Just terrible. The service people who came out told us it should never have been installed. It was returned and I was refunded after a VERY difficult process trying to contact customer service people, and finally a frustrating trip to the store, where I insisted no, or wait and see was not appropriate.

    It took almost 3 months to receive it cause it was on back order. I finally received it & it was incomplete. I need to use matches every time to turn on burners. Part missing is on back order for another 3 weeks! !!!!

    This Premier 36" Freestanding Gas Range I have problem from the beginning, this model is very old and they don't have spare parts this model is from 40 years ago. need replacement. Thank you

    The range was very nice. Beautiful color and fit perfectly. Love the five burners however surprised it only came with four "covers" and not five.

    This whole experience has turned me off as a Best Buy customer for life. I ordered the stove for one of my rental properties on 10/31 and finally, on 12/15, have a working stove. The delivery date was pushed back at least 3 times and when it finally arrived, it was broken. This took several calls with Geek Squad during which time my tenants were told that a repairman was scheduled to come fix the stove and no one ever showed up. It seems the problem lies with the manufacturer, Premier Appliance, as well as Best Buy systems being inadequate to handle the problem. On several occasions, I was told the part to repair the stove was going to be shipped and it never was. I was also told it would be shipped to the delivery address, which it wasn't. Why don't your employees know where the part is or when it's being shipped?? BEST BUY: Do yourself a favor and equip your employees with the adequate tools to resolve these issues! What finally turned me off as a Best Buy customer was the fact that, here I was stuck with a non-working oven (the burners sort-of worked) and Premier Appliance would not exchange the stove until I returned the old one! When I pressed Best Buy for an exception on this, they stated, "Sorry, that is their policy." So I had to ACTUALLY BUY A 2ND STOVE and risk doing this whole, horrid process again. Unbelievable. This is no way to satisfy your customers or properly handle a situation. I work in customer service too, and I would be out of a job if I did business this way. YOU ARE A HUGE COMPANY: TELL PREMIER APPLIANCE THAT YOU VALUE YOUR CUSTOMERS AND REFUSE TO DO BUSINESS THIS WAY. The $100 gift card you're sending me for my trouble is a sad attempt at extending an olive branch. I will not use it and I'm afraid to give it to anyone, as I cannot recommend your business.
