HORRIBLE installation

First the dishwashers were delivered and sat in my living room for 2 weeks before the installation could be scheduled, Then one of the 2 dishwasher had a leak at the air gap when no leak existed for the dishwasher that was removed and I was told to have a plumber come and fix the problem. And after the installation was completed I noticed that the kick plates on both dishwasher were not installed and now I am getting the run around about there installation.

Low quality work and customer service.

Held hostage by installers demanding additional fees and parts costs. No demonstration or testing. Unit was not functional when we tested and used. Required certified Wolf installer provides no customer service.

Refrigerator installation

The delivery people wouldn't deliver to the upper level of the house where it needs to be installed, saying the installers would do that. The installers said it should be delivered to the upper back side of the house because they can't move it there. So we are caught in the middle with no fridge.
