The overall installation process has been TERRIBLE! First the dishwashers were delivered and sat in my living room for 2 weeks before the installation could be scheduled, Then one of the 2 dishwasher had a leak at the air gap when no leak existed for the dishwasher that was removed and I was told to have a plumber come and fix the problem. And after the installation was completed I noticed that the kick plates on both dishwasher were not installed and now I am getting the run around about there installation.

Honestly, I am so appreciative of these guys for the time they took to complete the job and went above and beyond to satisfy us and make sure everything was right.

Major issue with installation. Held hostage by installers demanding additional fees and parts costs. No demonstration or testing. Unit was not functional when we tested and used. Required certified Wolf installer provides no customer service.

Our refrigerator, that we paid for 6 months ago has still not been installed. The delivery people wouldn't deliver to the upper level of the house where it needs to be installed, saying the installers would do that. The installers said it should be delivered to the upper back side of the house because they can't move it there. So we are caught in the middle with no fridge.

Would never recommend Pac. Sales to anyone. Salesperson is terrible along with installation company. Was never told there is no such thing as a black stainless trim kit for our wall oven. No communication, broken promises, no shows etc. It's been 2 months of follow up and still not completed by installers. Had to track down number for corporate to complain. The third party you are using for the installation is not very reliable. We had our instal schedule, then they never showed. Then it was scheduled again, 4 hours late, we kept calling. Said their truck broke down. No one showed. Scheduled again, they were late, truck broke again. No one showed. Now it's scheduled one last time. I have no faith in this company to install.
