I was offered a ‘free trial’ with a headset purchase but noticed a charge on my credit card a month later for an automatic renewal. I never even ended up creating a ‘free’ Pandora account and never agreed to a subscription. I tried three times to receive a credit for the ‘renewal’ and was told ‘by customer service, ‘we don’t refund subscriptions.’

Best Buy is so low, they sell you products and lock you into deals (Pandora premium) and then they keep you from canceling. I keep canceling the membership and still get charged for it! What is that?!? They are the worst company and I hate them so much for this! They will burn for this.

Got a month free with a purchase here with no intentions on using it, there are certainly better music streaming services than pandora. The month ended and I got charged for something I don't want, be sure to remove these freebies from your cart so you don't get scammed the same way!

Best buy sent me a free trail but i never signed up for it but someone how fir the last 2 months they have been charging my credit card. I called last month to cancel and somehow they still charged my card again. This so very frustrating that I am being charged when I never activated the free trial.

Pandora is okay; nothing too special. With other services such as Spotify and Apple music I would rather stick to those.

It came free with a headphone purchase I didn't even know it was activated never used it. It was not clear that it would just auto bill against my bestbuy credit card. I cannot find a way to cancel it from bestbuy.com so far $50 for something I haven't used.

It's a good music streaming service. Huge library and sound is decent.

Never even used the subscription. Got it in case the gift receiver wanted to try it and it was free. Renewed subscription through bestbuy on my credit card and I didn't know it, even though I never created a Pandora account. Please be careful and read all the terms and conditions

Pandora is an ok platform for music. I still prefer spotify or apple music at this price.

A service that includes so many music titles. From oldies to around the world music libraries.

I do not feel that it is worth paying for it and it should not be added to a purchase automatically and you billed even when not used. It was supposed to be due on the 20th and they continued to attempt my card after.

Auto renewal happens without redeeming if you don't want to see the automatic charge you have to call best buy I feel like being pushed Moreover there is no way to refund, you have to dispute the charge if you want the money back

I have been trying to cancel this multiple types but there’s no options to do so. Why is this so complicated? It should be as simple as checking a box for cancel subscription. Now I have to pay for a service I don’t want.

This started charging my card before i even registered to use it and its not easy to get a hold of pandora people.

Horrible idea, thrown as part of another purchase for "free" but if you don't canx, costs 10$/month and if you already have same plann, not recognized as a duplicate, so cost you twice.

Got free 30 subscription, though I never activated it they charged my account after trial period ended. It was to be a gift to go with speaker i was gifting. Best Buy did take charges off when I called!
