    I never bought this product. Best buy gave it with a product for free for a month. I never activated it because I was not interested in it. Then, best buy charged me later, and did not refund me.

    My credit card was charged for this without my permission. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR Credit card on file with Best Buy!!! They used my credit card to add Pandora to a head phone purchase.

    Got it as a promotion that would end on the 29 but Best Buy decided to charge me for extra month on the 28... that is totally unacceptable. ripping off.. unnecessary extra charge.

    Pandora Premium, on the other hand, has three audio quality settings. Its High setting varies between platforms. The web player and desktop app get maximum audio quality of 128 kbps, while the mobile app goes up to 192 kbps

    Got a free trial of this, for buying a certain item. I never got a chance to activate it, but was charged for it, after the “trial” had ended. Not cool.

    I got pandora premium free for a month on a purchase but I didn't activate it cheap tactics by best buy to rob me. Now I'm unable to unsubscribe . Help required

    Be careful about the auto renew, even if you dont sign up and activate just by adding to the cart you will be charged monthly subscription until cancelled

    It was a great surprise add on. I used it until it was going to renew on it's own. You can always cancel once the trial period is over.

    Great price, fast shipping, fantastic customer service. I love these I got one for each kids room, my room and got them for gifts for people. Very nice product that we all use in our house everyday.
