Great Relaxation!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is a great relaxation DVD. It does strengthen you, however is a little slow for me at times. I like how there are 3 different women to watch, one in 1st trimester, one in 2nd and one in 3rd. They show the modifications nicely. It is long, so if you do not have time it can be frustrating. However it is a nice treat. For my main workouts I use "10 Minute solutions Prenatal Pilates". This yoga one is my back up for when I have time. I would recommend you to purchase it.
