    I have only used it once and it worked very well cooking pork tenderloin. The assembly was easy and the directions clear. It is quite big and takes up a lot of counter space so i am a little bummed about that. Also the directions say it must be filled halfway and since its 6qt that will be a challenge as a single person. I am used to a small round 4qt that really was the perfect size. I bought this one because it is portable and the shape with locking lid and handle will make it easy to take meals to my daughter's house.

    It’s an easy to use and convenient with lid that is on a hinge so it’s not in the way to scoop a serving from the dish and has a convenient utensil carrier/spoon rest great to take your favorite dish or soup with you to any get together.
