    Great for canning! We’ve used it so many times over the last year to can corn, green beans, salsa, and apple butter.

    I’ve never used one before this. It’s so easy to use. Only issue a newby would have is regulating the stove temp to get the correct pressure. I highly recommend it. Easy and cheap way to pressure can foods. If using for canning, I recommend putting a few tablespoons of vinegar, it keeps from discoloring and deposits on the jars.
