I haven't used it. Need to exchange for a bigger one after the pandemic/COVID19.

    Pressure cooker changed our lives!

I'm quite surprised that Best Buy if offering this awesome product, since it is non-electric. But I just wanted to say that a pressure cooker makes cooking so much easier -- or so my wife tells me, since I can't cook; and so much faster -- this I can definitely attest to. I've actually used this same brand/model pressure cooker at my previous job at a research laboratory for antigen retrieval of epitopes for immunohistochemistry. But be it for work or home, this product is built to last. Perhaps the only downside is that the interior stains easily and cleanup (which is my contribution to the kitchen chores) can be tough and requires much elbow grease. Every home needs one of these!

Pressure Cooker is not Stainless Steel

They should change the description and remove the miss-leading stainless steel. The part number is accurate so I believe it is a typo. I have seen this unit elsewhere and they all say polished aluminum for the same part number. Had I required stainless I would have returned it, but aluminum is just fine
