This is a nostalgic favorite of mine and Paramount has really honored it with this really attractive visual transfer. You'll be pleased.

Another good '80s movie starring Molly Ringwald, Jon Cryer, and James Spader, from 1986. The movie is pretty good all the way through and if you are a fan of Molly, I say, get this now. There has been no steelbook versions of her movies, until this one. The artwork is rather nice, focusing only on Molly herself for the cover. I believe that particular shot was from the poster featuring the other male stars, Andrew McCarthy and Jon Cryer. Nice artwork on front, back, and inside as well as the disc itself. I love the record look of the disc. Well done! Also comes with a Digital copy. I recommend this one! Pictures of the actual steelbook are in the listing for purchase.

I remember watching Pretty in Pink all the time on tv in the very early 90's. Along with the other John Hughes produced and directed films. It was a sweet film but never in my top 5 of JH films. Now revisiting it, it feels so much better. I appreciate it more. The special features are nice and the film quality is above average. Apparently the 4K doesn't offer much of an upgrade so I purchased this one instead of a digital copy of 4K. Recommended.

Great movie that always needed the blu ray treatment and did they ever take care of this one. The picture quality is great colors look true and the grain of the image is just right for an older movies as this one. The sound is very good as well with a nice mix. If you are a collector the slip is very nice treatment along with the clear blu ray case giving it a nice upgraded feel. Its a big step up from the DVD for picture and sound. If you are a fan of the movie gran this release.

Classic movie, classic cast and classic music. We all have our stories from High school, both good and bad. Most of us have had a High school sweetheart. Most of us can relate to this movie. So what are you waiting for? The steelbook is great, but there isn’t a lot of extras. I would have loved a script to screen documentary. Oh well, it’s still worth every penny, enjoy!

35th Anniversary Steelbook looks and sounds great. The steelbook has new art work for this edition. The isolated score is a nice new addition. It's fun to see the well known actors in Pretty In Pink that were not famous yet when this was filmed. It remains a fun flick, and of course the soundtrack is excellent.

I must admit I had a crush on Molly Ringwald. This is one of those coming of age movies that gets us so entangled and is reminiscent of our own life. John Hughes is masterful. This was the last movie of Hughes' collection I was missing. Also a great buy.

I love the minimalist art on this Steelbook. Of course, as a John Hughes fan, I had to upgrade my long-held DVD when I saw this. Maybe could have been a little cheaper, but worth it to me when I saw it on the sleves.

Another Hughes era classic. I love this movie. It is a movie that fits nicely into the brat pack era classics. I had to own this, although I would love a 4K version, I am more than happy with the blu-ray steelbook.

I have yet to watch this on this format. I’ve seen the movie before, and it’s rest good. I thought the price for this one was a little high, but I don’t regret purchasing it because it was just one I really wanted!

My wife's favorite movie of all time and so we had to get this new, special edition blu-ray as we only previously owned the film on DVD. Looks great, though not as many new special features as hoped would be included.
