Trying a poor imitation to the dark comedy 'Heathers', Pretty Persuasions showcases the dark humor of school tie cliques and cruel students, but wraps the subject matter around misconduct and hypocrisy with a trio of school girls set to frame a teacher for fame. Despite the roster of good actors, the movie feels bland, empty and the characters are unlikable with an ending that leaves you disappointed. Had this been a drama, it may had hold levity, a comedy of zero charm.

OK movie. Some funny scenes, some shocking scenes, a bunch of awkward scenes and foul language. Not what I was expecting, but film flowed smoothly with no real boring spots. Acting was good and film seemed to be written well, for what it is.
