It's a classic! I had to replace an old DVD version which from many views over the year wore out. The Blu Ray version is so much better quality of course so it's even better now. Will never get sick of this movie.

I really enjoyed watching this movie. Richard Gereand Julia Roberts delivered a great performance. This is a classic film that you must own if you like the movies when the Facebook didn't exist.

I have search for this movie and was happy to have found it at Best Buy for an unbeatable price. Pretty woman is a family friendly movie that you can watch with your family.

I owned Pretty Woman on vhs. I've played it often enough to the point to where it started to degrade. I realized I needed to upgrade to a dvd or blu-ray disc. I love how it is the exact same as my vhs and was satisfied that it was. Though, the only downside to the blu-ray disc is that it doesn't have the deleted scenes that my vhs had at the end of it. The menu is gorgeous to look at. Spoilers may be after this point. Pretty Woman is about a call girl who meets a rich man and they fall in love. Edward is lost driving and he stops in a sketchy place. Vivian works her thing, but Edward only just needed directions to his hotel. Vivian guides the way (the human gps). Edward needed a date and propositions Vivian to be with her six or seven days. During the week, their feelings grow. Yet, there were some stumbling blocks for Vivian to fit into the rich lifestyle. She needed an outfit and shopkeepers didn't want to have anything to do with her. A kind hotel manager, Barney, aids in her plight (the fairy godmother or should I say godfather of the movie). Philip is a piece of work and could be seen as the villain of the movie. At the end as most fairy tales go, they live happily ever after or at least we hope they do. If you have never seen Pretty Woman you should.

Julia Roberts shines in this moving romantic comedy. Richard Gere as always is the charming and charismatic. A movie you can watch over and over again!

Like William Powell and Myrna Loy, the electricity between these two actors sends sparks. Enjoyable viewing, even though we've seen it numerous times.

The film "pretty woman" is a modern classic. It became a huge box office hit in the early 90s and made a superstar out of Julia Roberts. The film's release on DVD has been a muddled affair as a special edition version of the film that added all sorts of deleted scenes was the only version available. These scenes in my opinion took away from the original film which was perfect in it's original form. Sadly, the original theatrical version had been unavailable unless you owned a VHS copy. The Blu-Ray version here thankfully IS THE ORIGINAL THEATRICAL VERSION. The picture quality is clear and you can enjoy Pretty Woman without having to suffer through those awful scenes that the director frankly didn't feel worked either. The blu ray menu is gorgeous with a multipanel layout showing Vivienne's scene from the movie and the corresponding preliminary costume design artwork in another panel. James Newton Howard's amazing (and sadly still unreleased) orchestral scores plays in the background. There are loads of extras that have been offered on previous edition. On this version the main draw is the original film. I'm very happy to have this version back in my collection.

I absolutely LOVE this movie! This is my favorite movie ever. I love every funny, sad and loving minute of this movie. A Must buy.
