I liked this movie for it not being my style of film. My fiancé is obsessed with it as are most women.

It was a good movie at times I found myself loosing interest in the middle but the end was really good.

Is a good adaptation from the book. Great actor choices to play main characters.

This is a clasic great movie. No 5 start because who ptoduce it forgot about different cultures and languaje. In my case I spoke and read in english and spanish, millions of people speak spanish and thousand of movies have spanish languaje but not this one, part of family did no watch it.

This remake of "Pride & Prejudice" is a great movie. Before I didn't really give this movie much of a chance because in high school we were reading the book by Jane Austen and I found it boring. The only reason that I found it boring is because I didn't want to really pay attention at all to the book or movie for it being related to school. But I actually sat down and saw "Pride & Prejudice" on television and I have to say that I enjoyed the movie. The film has a great story and the cast was brilliant. It was also a plus for me that Keira Knightley was playing one of the roles. Director, Joe Wright does a fantastic job with this movie and I love the camera work/cinematography. Overall, I highly recommend this film to anyone. p.s. please release this in Blu-Ray! =)

You will want to watch this one over and over again. Great cast of actors and beautiful scenery. This movie embodies so many enchanting elements that it captivates the emotions of the watcher. When I need an escape from the hustle and bustle of today's society, I find myself drawn to watching this movie.

I'm not a big fan of Jane Austen so I was hesitant to first watch this movie when it came on the tv. However, after the first viewing I was completely hooked. The pure dislike between Lizzie and Mr. Darcy, and the feeling of love for each other in the end...it was just romantic. I thought the characters were played out very well by the actors. There were some humorous parts which I enjoyed. My two favorite parts were when Lizzie and Mr. Darcy were arguing in the rain and the end when they were both out in the field and Mr.Darcy once again expresses his love towards Lizzie. True romance.

This was a wonderful movie. Everything about it was great. I especially loved the costumes and holding to the original language. Some people that are not into "chick-flicks", should still check it out because it is a classic. It is a clean movie and even my young daughter liked it. It is definitely a movie for all ages, and is a nice break from the suspence, horror, and action movies that so many of us enjoy too. It has spurred me to pick up the book and check it out.

This film is full of beautiful cinematography and splendid acting. It stays true to the majority of the plot and though they has to cut out a large portion of the novel, the meaning still rings through. Important features: Mr. Colins perfect, slimy, and full of Freudian slips. Watch for a three minute single shot scene during the dance at Neverfield and a perfectly times sunrise at the end of the film.
