    My Favorite Jane Austen Piece

Although Miss. Elizabeth Bennet's sisters are way TOO giddy and annoying in this film (they just overdo/oversell their young immature characters)...I am able to get past it because this is simply my favorite Jane Austen story! You will love it. The misunderstandings, passionate tension, the two main characters being too proud .....it will keep you on the edge. It is a feeling that only the crazy world of LOVE and passion can create in you. Miss. Elizabeth & Mr.Darcy are drawn to one another in a strange way.... If you love romantic films you will love this classic take on Jane Austen's masterpiece!

I am a huge Jane Austen fan and love Pride and Prejudice above all! This movie was extremely rushed. I guess I'm just spoiled after Colin Firth as the perfect Mr. Darcy. I love Keira Knightly in other movies - but not as Elizabeth Bennett. Pride and Prejudice should be savored and enjoyed. This version was again rushed and if you happen to blink an eye - you would miss something. Simon Woods as Bingley was just plain ridiculous! I felt soo sorry for him. The casting was poor - you need the right person for each charactor. Thumbs down!

I liked this movie because it is a classic with amazing acting! It's a movie for the family and it teaches you about life. The language was beautiful and it has no bad language in it. It is one of the best movies I have ever seen!
