Amazing Guide!

But I still play from time to time and since I'm not playing all the time this guide really helps me out. If you happen to see it and it's cheap pick it up. It'll help more than you think

This book is just for multiplayer and has absolutely no help for campaign mode. It is just about multiplayer and it admits the information will change with updates and future patches.
