I found myself constantly doing internet searches for info as I was playing through the game. So I decided to purchase this guide as it would also make a nice collectible. The information in the guide - especially the maps and treasure contents - are helpful and have been revised with accuracy to this latest version of the game (Zodiac Age). The biggest negative is the quality of printing on the hardback cover. There is a shiny, reflective coating that is supposed to be placed directly over the print and artwork on the outside cover. Instead, this surface was printed 1-2 inches off from where it should be. Clearly a manufacturer defect in printing. Sadly I cannot return or exchange the item now that I have taken the book out of the shrink wrap.

Overall the guide is fantastic as it thoroughly goes through the new zodiac class system and covers the new trial mode. However my disappointment comes due to it is heavily copy and pasted from the PS2 guide from 2006 both in pictures and the written information. This is a minor gripe but it feels cheapened that way. I would still recommend it if you are seeking a solid guide to help assist with any questions you have during your playthrough of FF12.

Perfect strategy guide for Final Fantasy 12. You can still use the old guide or even the online created guides for the game, but there were changes to this remaster.

The guide is well-written and full of content. Definitely love the hard cover edition. Something about hard cover books makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside.

This guide is a beautiful guide, well written and very helpful although it is a little expensive, I would only really recommend it to collector's but that is this edition so...

Hardback. Has just about everything the original PS2 version guide did but also all the new stuff added in The Zodiac Age

Not necessary with online guides out there, but always a solid thing to refer to when its right in front of you. Great guide very in depth.

Grabbed this up on sale, the book is great comes with e-guide as well. Gives info on what to do. Goof for new players!

Collectors guide with a hard cover and a digital version to go along with it. A true Final Fantasy fans must have.

I bought this on sale. My girlfriend had wanted it for a few weeks and when i noticed it had been reduced i decided to grab it for her. She uses this a lot and really has got her monies worth from it. Shes a big FF fan and loves to find everything she can in those games. It was a really good purchase
