Typically I find little need to purchase strategy guides, given that most guides can be found online for little-to-nothing. However given breadth of Skyrim - lore, quests, size, etc. - I wanted a hands-on guide that I could quickly reference. This guide has been exactly what I needed. It's a beautiful guide, with wonderfully details walkthroughs, explanations of game lore, bestiary, secrets, and anything you could want in a guide such as this. I highly recommend this guide for any gamer committed to fully exploring Skyrim.

I absolutely love this game and I have put way more hours into the game than I would particularly like to share. Being such a huge fan of basically anything Bethesda makes, I had to purchase this book as a collectors item. I use the book when necessary. The book is very well constructed, hard cover, comes with a large map and a place marker. I have numerous collector's edition books that I have purchased, almost as coffee table books for people to look through and enjoy. Pima always succeeds in creating great manuals.

Great hard cover. Content is pretty much all covered. Price is a bit steep for such an old game.

I usually buy the guides as a reference guide to alchemy or using the maps for harvesting the little things. But this one is just pack with information, about each starting race, the skill tree and a lot of other stuff. I know that a lot of this stuff you can look online - but i always prefer to have it on hand which pretty pictures.

This is awesome, the book cover is awesome quality and it comes with a two sided map poster, a book mark, and also a code for the digital version as well. Definitely worth the money for this guide

This book is big, heavy and impressive. It looks and feels more like an encyclopedia than a strategy guide. It has everything you need to know about this game plus extras.... I LOVE IT !

This is the ultimate skyrim guide! It has everything from information about choosing which race you want to play as to where the best hidden loot is. If you are ever stuck on anything this guide will help you get through it. Plus it's just a cool item to have and read through.

This is the perfect guide if you are a Skyrim lover or even just playing the game the first time. It includes all the DLC (Downloadable Content) information and highlights it so you can tell DLC from standard content. This guide is 1100 pages of raw Skyrim information.

This book is great quality. Full color pages and detailed info, maps, etc. $50 does seem a little steep, probably would not have purchased if not for the 50% off coupon for signing up for gamer's unlocked.

I managed to snag this tome at 30% off, but it was a steal at full price. It's hefty, well adorned, and makes an impression - so much so that a Best Buy employee gave me a fist bump at the register. And the information inside is pretty awesome too!

I'm so glad I bought it. I've been playing Skyrim since it was on the PS3, but stopped when PS4 came out. decided to get the game again and beat it this time. This book has been very helpful in the quests that I have been stuck on .

You would be hard pressed to find a more impressive and comprehensive strategy "tome". With the popularity and success of Skyrim, (it was deemed the greatest RPG of all time earlier this month by a major gaming publication), gamers will likely be playing the game for decades to come. The completeness of this guide and the hardcover quality should ensure that the book is still around well into the future. Other than pictures of each individual item, I cannot think of anything that is not included in the guide. It covers every quest, enemy, and item in the game-including all of the DLC. The bookmark and eguide are beneficial, while the map poster is both helpful and lovely enough for wall mounting. I cannot recommend the Skyrim: Special Edition strategy guide any more highly. It is a must buy!

One of the largest, if not THE largest, game guides gets a fresh coat of paint. Lots of great info about Skyrim and the quest guides are very well laid out. My recommended add-on would be a table or desk because this book is heavy!

Just like the first iteration of Prima's Skyrim guide many moons ago, this book is the comprehensive and best possible guide that one could find for Skyrim anywhere. For a passionate Elder Scrolls fan, this book is a must-have.

The book was very helpful. It's perfect for those hard to beat dungeons and puzzles. I highly recommend this for any oblivion fan gearing towards 100% completion.

Book has everything I could ever want to know about Skyrim. and made with really good material, loaded with stats and infomation for everything in the game.

I also got this for my son in law to go with the game. This is a really heavy book and had some interesting information for the game. He loved it too.
