A fun way to exercise and burn calories without over exerting for us 60 plus folks out there. Jane's instruction is easy to follow. A good way to add activity to your day.

I really enjoy doing the 18-min Bonus Meditation program as a warm up & stretch, prior to the workouts. Jane speaks good positive motivating workout as you go! The Widescreen Presenation is excellent picture quality! I'd highly recommend whether you're a beginner or advanced...

I really like it! I actually use her "Cool Down Stretch" 1st to stretch BEFORE the dance exercise. She is really motivating! Great for 50+ or out-of-shapers. At first I thought the dance steps were way over my head, but by the 2nd day I started picking up some of the steps, and each time it gets easier & more fun. And most importantly, I am feeling much more limber and have gained more endurance from it. I've never had dance lessons!
