Princess Diaries 1 & 2 movies are a great pair of movies for anyone who likes the under dog to come out on top. And also for those that love romantic movies with a very handsome love interest like Chris Pine. My girls and I love watching these two movies because it leaves you with that feel good feeling and making you feel like anything is possible if you believe it and try your best. Julie Andrews as the queen is so prim and proper but fun to hang out with as her Grandma. Ann Hathaway is a quirky slightly geeky typical high school student who gets picked on by the popular kids but everything changes when she finds out that she is a royal. This is the perfect set of movie for anyone to watch that may doubt themselves at times and need a happy pick me up to put them back on track. Definitely pick these movies up and watch how much you'll love them as I do:)

Already watched these 2 movies two times. My granddaughter loves these movies too. Julie Andrews is like a queen anyway. So graceful and very pretty. Anne Hathaway is gorgeous and funny.

I bought this movie as part of the 10th Anniversary Edition that includes both the Princess Diaries and the sequel, Princess Diaries 2. What can I say about Julie Andrews? She is wonderful in everything she does. It is no different here. She plays her part with classy dignity mixed with just the right amount of compassion and understanding. The big surprise for me was how great Anne Hathaway was in her role. This was the first movie that I saw her in and she is brilliant. Her role as the normal everyday teenager turned beautiful princess is very believeable (with many hilarious pit stops along the way). I recommend this highly as a great family film that even adults will enjoy.

My kids love these two movies. I love that they portray women in a positive light. They have the power to make decisions, but realize that others are affected by their choices. Sometimes you must do what's best for others. I appreciate the friendships portrayed and the importance of trust and loyalty. Spoiler Alert - I also appreciate that they do not marry her off at the end in a neat and tidy life. Sometimes we must wait and not be pressured into doing something until we're sure it's what's best.

The Princess Diaries is a fun movie and it is great to see Anne Hathaway at an earlier stage of her career. This is the movie that brought her to my attention over 10 years ago. She is perfect as the awkward ugly duckling who becomes a swan. Julie Andrews is always a delight, although she has very little acting to do in this picture. This set includes Blu-ray and DVD, and The Princess Diaries 2, which I have yet to watch. This was on sale for $14.99 and was a good buy at that price. Enjoy!

This was a great book series that translated very well into the first Princess Diaries movie, which has been one of my favorites. While the second movie wasn't as great, it was still enjoyable and won points with me for keeping the same central characters. I would highly recommend this movie to any girl or woman who wants to feel like a princess.

Two great movies on one Disc excellent for the lazy water who likes to watch both back to back without the hassle of getting up only wish it had a digital copy for the TRUELY lazy lol.

Thisis one of those stories, it just make you smile... You can feel yourself in the main characters position, as a teenage girl who suddenly discovers that she is royal... Obviously opens the door for many hilarious moments while she begins to try to understand and adjust

A nice little bundle at a fair price with great bonus features. Unfortunately this doesn't come with a digital code but it's definitely worth it if you don't have Disney+.

The first one was better than the second but both are good. Great morals for little kids

My 5 year old niece told me it was the best movie ever! I watched this movie when it first came out and fell in love, I'm happy to have it in my movie collection. I have been watching it a lot now that I have it again.

I founded for a good price at best buy because before best buy I went somewhere to rent the movie and instead of renting they where selling it to me for 10 dollars I told th forget it

Myself and entire family have really enjoyed these movies even though we have seen them several times. My 2 grand babies like watching these over & over !!

This was a rare & great find in store. I love this movie & had not been able to locate a copy locally. Me & my niece will watch this over & over again.
