One of my all time favorites. Incredible story. Bought this movie multiple times on multiple platforms

Love this movie, great picture on blu-ray and the audio is amazing

This was one that I had on my bucket list of Anime films to watch. I really liked it. Visually it's great and the soundtrack is amazing and would sound really good on a high end surround system. Overall happy with my purchase.

This brought me back when I was in middle school. And this is what got me into anime.

To say this title is a must-have for anyone who collects anime is saying the least about it; I prefer to let my own experience with it stand out, as I saw this film no less than 9 times in theaters during its initial run, with the English dub (and 5 of those times were at the same theater). That, to me, is how good the story is, even in a language other than its native tongue (and I did get to see the subtitled, Japanese version in the theater recently). A period piece and an ecological fable that stands out in a big way, it speaks of finding a balance in the relationship between Man and Nature, and what can happen when that relationship gets unbalanced by human arrogance (as happens in the movie, and undoubtedly in real life too). This edition is worth getting even more so because it has two things going for it: The original soundtrack CD, which has been out of print in the US for more than a decade, and a booklet of interviews with filmmaker Hayao Miyazaki and some of his staff. It's more expensive than just the movie alone, but ultimately well worth the investment.

A classic must own on blue Ray before gone very good quality

An amazing film about nature and humanity at war with each other. An important message then but it’s very important now. A film everyone should see. The animation and music alone is worth the watch.

First, I must admit I'm not usually a fan of anime'. However, films from this studio are so much more. Epic story lines mixed with breathtaking artwork that offer something for everyone. I find myself pausing the film just to look at the art. Amazing

What a film! Strong characters, cool story and gorgeous animation that is seldom topped, even 20-some years later! Looks incredible on blu-ray, do yourself a favor and watch this masterpiece immediately.

Going into watching, I thought this would be an average studio Ghibli film - but after watching I believe it may be my favorite I’ve seen so far. Highly recommended for any fans of the studio!!

Princess Mononoke is a very imaginative, and surprisingly grounded, story. This is definitely one of Miyazaki's best films for sure. It grabs you from the very beginning and doesn't let go until the end.

Another outstanding movie by this director and studio. I’ve completed the whole collection by buying this movie. Not as good as Porco Russo, but still a good old fashioned family movie.

This is probably one of my favorite movies. All the Miyazaki's are great.

Studio Ghibli kills it with this film. Watched it when I was 12 and still love it to this day. Animation is beautiful and the story transcends time. A must see for anime and film lovers alike.

The packaging for this Collectors Edition is gorgeous. I can not wait to get the other movies in this version. Has a storybook vibe to the box, and the art is fantastic.

A classic! Ghibli delivers one of the best animated films families and anime fans are bound to love. DVD quality is great. Menu options are simple and easy navigate. Sound is excellent! Rich story and fluid animation!

The film has great battle scenes. A sense of adventure is felt right from the beginning. With an interesting plot keeping you at the edge of your seat, right up till the end.
