A princess who really is a monster recruit people to serve her and also be her friends while they find people who are in need of help that are left to rot in the streets to make them feel like they are home.

Princess Resurrection is a quirky yet fun series of a boy named Hiro who gets resurrected by Hime, a woman he saved the life of but lost his own in the process. Now he serves as her protector as a semi-imortal warrior. From there, it's one mishap after another as Hiro trys to protect HIme from her enemies whoever they may be. This DVD is great to have if you already own the first set. It has a fun plotline with some action and thrills along the way. The characters and their designs are also likable. The two complaints I have is: 1. The lack of DVD extras-It would have been nice if they at least sweeten the deal with a few extras, but at 6-7 episodes per disc it's kind of a trade-off. 2. No dubbing- This is the area that kept me from giving a higher rating. ADV always used to dub their anime releases and were good dubs to boot. However, lately they've ditched the dubs and went for subbing only instead. The sub quality is decent, but I want to watch an anime not read it. For those who dislike dubs could always switch to the original Japanese dialogue with subtext. Alas that option was removed. All in all this set was good, but as stated it could have had more.
