    My problem was not resolved.. I contacted Verizon as Geek Squad suggested it might be my phone. Verizon said it is not the phone. I decided to call Norton to see if there was any program blocking me being able to print from my phone. They found the HP smart was the newest application for printing. After phone calls and inperson exam of my phone and printer. Geek squad wasn't able to fix my issue. I hope out of good practice the Geek Squad would reimburse me for the inhouse charge fee

    In all fairness to the tech, our computer was never set up correctly. We cannot scan by using the scan feature on the printer. I couldn’t get it to work and neither could he. He did install HPSmart to use as a work around. The computer was suppose to be set up with two users, but it was never done correctly. We took it back once and it was not set up correctly. The file permissions are incorrect. We have always purchased our computers from BB, but this experience was very disappointing.
