    I had 3 separate deliveries. First one they said something was wrong but it was minor and could have been fixed by them. (We had to put in a new flooring, when we did. Whey the 2nd vendor came in he identified a bid dent in the back of the machine. The first person should have seen that. The 3rd vendor came and went so fast it was redicules. 3 trips to get this done. I'm still shaking my head.

    Technician was very capable and fixed the problem; however, the same problem occurred two days later and I could not get the computer to recognize the printer. I called the Winston Salem store and tried to speak to the same young man; however, when the girl switched me to the Geek Squad, I was speaking to someone in India? and he just wanted to schedule another trouble shooting visit for $70 more than the first visit. Therefore, I am giving up on this Canon ImageClass MF743 and trying an Epson ink jet. I think the Geek Squad should leave contact info for the technician to follow up. Anybody want a two year old Canon printer? Just a bad experience.
