Agent kept insisting that the issue was with my printer, even though I explained I could print under certain conditions. After I had to schedule an appointment, which was several days out, the printer self-diagnosed the next day & started printing.

Member ID: 4552152156 On February 18, 2025, I called the Geek Squad at the Best Buy, Edgewood location in Atlanta, Georgia to request a service call for my HP Officejet 8610 printer. The printer displayed an error message: "The printhead appears missing, not detected or incorrectly installed.” I shared this with the person who took my call. I was charged $99.99 for in-home printer troubleshooting service, scheduled for Wednesday, February 26th—order number: 1125049232935. The day before the appointment, I received an email to reschedule because the technician had an emergency. The rescheduled date was pushed a week later, Tuesday, March 4, 2025. Two hours before the technician arrived, he called to inquire about the service. I repeated what I told the service representative on the phone two weeks earlier. The technician said that there was nothing in the notes regarding the printhead problem and that they do not perform hardware repairs on printers, only software. He recommended that I buy a new printer and that I would be refunded the service call charge. I was.

The agent said the printer had faulty ink cartridges but could not explain why after two exact replacement cartridges worked perfectly and then just stopped with an error. Could not resolve the problem satisfactorily

Cesar worked on my printer and got it working. It wasn’t easy and he had to try different options but he wouldn’t quit.

agent did not get problem fixed. I want to tack this printer bavk to best buy. your agent had this printer in truck. He hooked it up, never showed me how it works NT a good job at all. IF I BRING THIS BACK TO STORE WILL GET FULL CREDIT. I WANT TO GET A HP PRINTER OR ONE OF SAME QUALITIES i would not use on linee geeks if at possible i would take to store the geeks at store are good, on line geeks not good
